Myself and my partner were on a medium budget trip and decided to treat ourselves to a good night in a nice hotel with beach view. The location is indeed great. We had visited the millennium caves before traveling to the resort. Our shoes and clothes were wet and we were looking forward to a warm shower. But when we... More

Hi guys, we were not the managers here at Turtle Bay Resort back in October 2013 but nonetheless we are very sorry to read this review as guests normally love their stay with us and we take pride in the service we offer. We have contacted the previous managers and the owners to try to understand exactly what went wrong.... More

Turtle bay resort is a wonderful place to base yourself to explore all Santo has to discover. Trent and Emma went out of their way to ensure all our tours around the island were well organised. We travelled as a family of five, kids aged 11, 13, and 14. We all enjoyed our stay at turtle bay and would recommend... More

Dear reader, Santo has a lot to offer, and staying at Turtle bay really helped us to see the island. it's reasonable priced and everyone is helpful so you can see all the cool stuff there is to do. the tours may seem expensive at first, but you get a lot for your money. We went to Tanna and Efate... More

We are in the last night of our week-long stay at Turtle Bay Resort. We have been made to feel so welcome by Trent and Emma, the new managers. They have gone out of their way to help us organise tours, and have made us feel part of the family. Other reviews have mentioned the dogs at the resort. They... More

We only went there to have lunch. They over water deck is very pleasant, we waited 70 minutes until our meal was ready , we were a starving group of 6 people, because we were a ";arge" group kitchen got all confused. They paw paw salad with calamari is a must, very very yummi, again if you are hungry eat... More

This holiday resort is unique because it is affordable for just about everyone. The people that manage the resort are always welcoming and friendly. Their approachable manner was what made our stay not only fun but relaxing, especially after a long day trekking around this amazing island. The resort is nestled on a bay that over looks a number of... More

We had a very pleasant 5 day stay at Turtle Bay. The staff were lovely and the managers very hospitable, helpful and interested in giving good service to make our stay the best it could be. The rooms were adequate, but the views were fantastic, especially for dining over the water. We availed ourselves of the snorkeling and kayaking, and... More

The resort is a bit out of the way - thus transport is always needed, but isn't too hard to get. Service is very slow, and the food is poor for the price - but the overwater deck is very nice to eat your breakfast. We found cheaper meal options of a better quality right next door. Unfortunately our email... More

A good base to explore the east coast, nice location on the water. Rooms basic but functional, and decent size. Definitely use self catering facilities and avoid the restaurant for lunch and dinners. Apart from being expensive the standard of food was appalling, bordering on inedible. Once we arrived at lunchtime we decided to order lunch before heading out for... More
