We spent 3 days there, the rooms were clean and comfortable, the beaches are beatiful, one of the most precious beaches i've ever seen. I didn´t like that they don´t give you much information when you check in, i also didn´t knew that we had to take a 3 hours bus from Cartagena and a 25 minutes ship after that,... More

Cons(most of my review): The bus that takes you to the boat is a 3 hour ride and makes a stop in a poor coastal town called berrugas (verrugas?). Staff warned us to keep our belongings safe and not to let anyone help us with our bags. When we got off, children swarmed my husband and I begging for money... More

the hotel is comfortable, but basic, the place is peace full and lonely witch is good, the ride is bus is long but the bus is comfortable too. after you arrive you can enjoy walk on the beach and just siting and observe the sea is a great experience, until this "crew of dancer" start with a horrible poor quality... Ok, so by the picture this looks like paradise and it some ways it is, however in other ways it is not. I will do my best to give you an accurate portrayal of what to expect when and if you travel here. First, you have to fly into Cartagena, from there you will take a two hour bus ride... More

Well, this is a review with 2 sides. The Good first; Great location, peaceful, great beach, the staff are really friendly, free drinks all evening and the food is also quite good. The bad; The hotel is in serious need of refurbishment, sound travels very well between rooms, so you know where I am going with that ..., no one... More

I've read a lot of reviews before deciding upon this place so I arrived there with low expectations. I was positively surprised. Yes, there is no luxury, amenities, room service or any other pampering you expect from a 5 star hotel, but is still very worth it. Birds steal food from your plate, you can have a romantic dinner facing... More

Hazzle free Island with a good (basic) all inclusive concept This is not a 5-star hotel on a bounty island, and you are not promised that. This is though a really nice island with white sand beaches, only your hotel and a few locals that you do not see unless taking the eco-walk around the island (recommended, use something to... More

I spent my honeymoon in this hotel and I loved every minute there. It was relaxing, private and romantic. I am a bit shock from the other reviews because I do not feel we were in the same hotel. I do understand that if you are single and want to have fun and go out at night this is not... More

I will preferance this review with the fact that i am a pretty spoiled traveler. I tend to stay at high end hotels. There is little to no information on this resort, so I will try and give an extensive informative overview   The San Bernardo islands looked to be a better option than isla Rosario for some beach time...
