Clean and stylish lodge. Very passionate and helpful host, plus many DVD selection! Took a thorough rest in this lovely place after a tired long day in the salt flats. I'm sure it's the best choice to stay in Uyuni.

I think this is the only place to comfortably stay in Uyuni...very stylish and a great patio / courtyard area with good breakfast (essential, obviously!). The rooms are clean and comfortable and Christophe is super helpful - packaged us up a little take away breakfast for an early flight, and pointed us in the right direction for some good dinner...Enjoy!

this small hotel is beautifully, tastefully and carefully done. Hot water is plentiful, the made to order breakfast is wonderful and the family that runs this hotel makes you feel very welcome. Worth every penny.

No doubt, the best hotel in Uyuni. Because of the Dakar Rally, we were only able to book one night at La Petite Porte (we had wanted to book another night after our salt flats tour). Lovely decor, comfortable bed, thoughtful touches (hairdryer! dvds!) made for an extremely enjoyable stay. Breakfast was delicious - ask for the french toast! Christophe... More

Christophe (The owner) is very kind and helpful. He is also good chef, he made one of the best breakfast for us. The room is so clean and shower room is amazing!!!! We experienced the most wonderful trip in Uyuni because of the hotel.

It is a great place to stay after a long dusty trip across the Solar. Higher end, quiet, and restful. The interior design is beautiful. It is close to everything. Photos of the Solar and Uyuni: http://lisaparsons.net/181652/bolivia-gallery.

Just like following the rabbit down the hole, what lies behind the small doorway is a total surprise. Elegant, comfortable and secure. Could not fault any aspect of our stay there, Christophe is a perfect host. Do not miss out ont he chance to stay here.

Honestly, when you arrive in Uyuni, you really cannot expect to find a place such as La Petite Porte! There is no doubt that it's the best boutique hotel in the area. Once you enter the hotel, you discover a really beautiful place that could look like a Mediterranean house. The rooms are fantastic and decorated with such a good... More

We stayed in this wonderful hotel for one night after our bumpy fly from cusco to uyuni via amaszonas. The hotel is run by Christophe who is extremely helpful and thoughtful. The hotel itself is not huge but the room is spacious, clean, neat and tidy. Hot shower is there for you. No satellite tv but bunches of DVDs are... More

Contrary to our experience in Luna Salada hotel, this one is a relief. Thousand times better than Luna Salada. French owner, Christophe was very welcoming and friendly. He didn't have problem in changing the date of our arrival one day ahead in lieu of the one we booked. He understood that we are cutting our stay in Uyuni short and... More
