The Cliff House Inn also rents cabins just south of Jasper. We stayed in the Eagle cabin. We had such a wonderful time. The owners of the cliff house were very kind and helped us find fun things to do in the area. The view from the Eagle cabin was breathtaking. We enjoyed playing with our kids outside by the... More

Had lunch here the last week of March. Heading to Ponca on a Sunday and decided to travel this way instead of through the Clarksville route. We sent an e-mail to see if they were open and Becky responded quickly to let us know that they were back open for lunch after the winter. Did not stay in a room... More

I reviewed this place last year about having to pay for water and how there rooms are not worth $100 a night. They did NOT ask there guests to conserve water in there rooms, friends and family stayed here so thats not true but instead had a sign in the restroom of the lobby too flush toilet everyother time. I... More

I stayed at the Cliff House Cabins, a mile south of the Inn and Restaurant, and the cabin was great (Wolf #1). It was a short 4-day, 3-night trip, just to get away from it all, do a little hiking, enjoy the views, read a book, etc. Cabin had everything you needed, and MIke and Becky couldn't have been better... My wife and I spent two nights in the Wolf Cabin of The Cliff House six miles south of Jasper, Arkansas. The main purpose of our trip to north Arkansas was to view the Fall Foliage and check out the Elk Herd on the Buffalo River near Ponca. The Wolf Cabin will sleep six comfortably so we had more than... More

we were so pleased by our entire experience at Cliff House...Mike McLaurin and his wife Becky (or their son) are always there with assistance...whether it be directions...suggestions on things to do...or using their many contacts to make arrangements for kayaking or horseback riding. The small town of Jasper about 5 miles has some neat cafes...i really liked the breakfast at... More

My husband and I were traveling on scenic highway 7 from Branson Missouri heading to Russellville which was simply a stop on our trip heading to Hot Springs Arkansas. It was late afternoon in September and we took Scenic 7 to enjoy the views of the Arkansas Grand Canyon area that we had heard about. The drive was beautiful. Just... More

We stayed in the Eagle Cabin for two nights in May. The cabin is extremely comfortable and has everything you need. There is a queen bed downstairs and a bed and two twins in the upstairs area. The kitchen is fully equipped. There is a table and chairs, a sofa and a rocking chair. There is cable tv. There is... More

For a low cost, nastalgic motel that meets the basic needs of a traveling nature/ cultural enthusiast, this is the place. It is within walking distance to eating establishments, historical sites, and a city park with the Buffalo River flowing on one side. The proprietors were very friendly and informative regarding the area. My husband and I occupied a room... More
