Both of my daughters stayed there and came home with bites from bed bugs. People in the next room were up all of both nights partying and their children ran up anddown the hall. The second night they slammed their door so hard that plaster in my daughter's room fell off of the wall. Mattress was extremely hard. more

beds hard uncomfortable! people come from miles around to have pool partys till all hours of the night and morning, dont try calling front desk they just ignor you! pool was cloudy! free breakfast was lousy get there before its gone before 9am dont use two toasters at once they keep triping the breaker youll just settle for warm bread!... more

I just stayed at the Norfork Inn this past weekend and the hotel is HORRIBLE! The people working there were rude. The rooms were very dirty! The only thing this hotel has going for it is its location which is right on Lake Norfork. The hotel is old and run down and has apparently not been maintained for many years. more
