Went to Heber for a lake day and stayed in one of the updated rooms. Very nice and large room with a very nice large bathroom. Our room had a nice balcony over looking the woods. I use to go up to the Red Apple with my parents as a kid for Sunday brunch and it was just as nice... More

We are so glad you enjoyed your stay at the Inn. We are getting nothing but great reviews on our renovated rooms. The Red Apple has presented our Sunday Buffet since 1963. People drive from Little Rock and Memphis to enjoy. Thank you for letting us know how much you enjoyed your stay. More

I really cannot believe this happened to me, but unfortunately it did! I was having an after hours business meeting in the lounge of the Red Apple Inn and Country Club. After spending a couple of hours, ordering a few glasses of wine I decided to place a take out order, one from the bar menu and one from the... More

I'm sorry that you had such an unhappy experience in your recent visit to the Red Apple Inn. As you can see from the many positive reviews, this was an unusual experience. Someone new was taking your phone order as we would never ask how you wanted your chicken cooked. We have reviewed this with the woman who took your... More

We went to Heber for a scuba check out dive and a friend suggested I stay here. I was very very pleased! The rooms were updated, extremely clean, spacious, and very cozy. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were large and had a heated fan in the shower area. Our room shared a balcony with terrific views of the woods.... More

Thank you very much for your kind words regarding the Inn. We always hope guests will enjoy the view, the food and the newly renovated rooms. It looks like you were happy with all three. Please come back and see us anytime. If you haven't seen the Fall on Eden Isle, you have missed a treat. Sugar Maples are all... More

My husband and I stayed one night in a fireplace room in the lodge at the Red Apple Inn. The rooms on the top floor have been remodeled and the results are modern and comfortable. The fireplace is gas log and open to the large bedroom. The north-facing rooms overlook a wooded area and have a reasonably-sized deck. The bathroom... More

This place is like stepping back in time of the 60's and 70's. Green tile in bathrooms and all. The staff is the nicest and goes out of their way to make your stay a pleasure. Did I mention it is a golfers dream????

Thank you for your kind words regarding your recent stay and our staff and the golf course. Since you were staying with us as part of the Bouffant's (who performed for our sell-out New Year's Eve party), you were obviously given one of our Heritage Rooms as part of your contract. Hopefully, you were able to see our newly renovated... More

They have just remodeled 30 of the rooms. I have been to this property fall and spring for the last several years and always enjoy my stay. It is an older property, and the remodeled rooms are a definite improvement. The staff is most accommodating. The breakfast menu is my personal favorite for the dining room. There is a limited... To me, one of the best times of the year to visit Red Apple Inn is in the fall. Leaves changing, beautifully decorated, fireplace at night. We visited recently and were unsure whether the fireplace room we reserved would be renovated (boutique) or not (heritage). To our surprise and enjoyment, the room was completely renovated with light paint and new... More

Thank you so much for your recent review. We are so pleased you like the new renovated rooms. Fall is probably one of the best times to visit the Inn. The Island and our property is covered in Maple trees and they are just about at their peak. We look forward to your return visit. More

This was my first visit to the Red Apple Inn. Immediately when I walked in I could tell this used to be a pretty fabulous place. But now it has a feel of trying to maintain that same reputation but is weary. It has that "old" house smell. The floor is unlevel along the hallway leading to meeting rooms. The... More

Thank you for your recent review. Hopefully you noticed that we are in the middle of a complete room renovation project. We have completed 1/3 of the rooms, will begin the next 1/3 in December and complete the project in 2014. Due to the age of a lot of our rooms and being in the middle of renovating, we have... More

We spent three days at the Red Apple Inn. The staff was absolutely wonderful and accommodating. The dining was the finest in Heber Springs. Definitely try their prime rib. Beautiful location, convenient parking, excellent in every way. We will definitely be returning in the Winter, and we look forward to becoming life-long guests.
