This is probably the worst place I've stayed in. Too be honest I don't have an extensive experience with provincial hotels in the Philippines but I would imagine any other hotel would be better than this tragedy. My family and my parents decided to go to Manaoag church this May and have some time to rest during the weekend. We stayed at Ruperto's and was treated to a very warm and special reception. Its about 10 kilometers from the Manaoag Shrine, so it’s a candidate for a stopover if youre tired from that 250km trek from Metro Manila and want to put in.
