What a beautiful hotel the room was huge with a fireplace and lounging area. Unfortunately we only had 1 night here. I did not like the restaurants food they had only 2 choices for dinner a pork or fish. The pork was served rare and the fish was full of bones, the desserts were way to sweet.

This is a charming hotel with lovely, spacious rooms and beautiful gardens. The restaurant is not to be missed; we had a fantastic dinner here and a very nice breakfast as well. My only complaint about the hotel was that our room did not have a mosquito net. We thought we wouldn't need it, but after we turned out the... More

We stayed for one night only, but was the one of the most enjoyable nights of our trip. Our room was amazing, enormous, well furnished and very comfortable. We were on half board and the meal we had wouldn't have been out of place in a Michelin starred restaurant back home. We would happily have stayed longer.

We were only passing through Antsirabe, but our guide thought we would enjoy the gift shop at Couleur Cafe, which is obviously much more than a cafe. The grounds were lovely, and the gift shop had beautifully packaged Malagasy spices, including red and black peppercorns, and something that smelled remarkably like cloves. (They do have identifying labels, but I didn't... More

The couleur café is among the nicest hotels I've stayed in whilst living in Mada - not overly opulent but very homely, that said a bit pricey so for those on a work trip or top end budget only. The rooms are very comfortable, thoughtfully decorated, and the restaurant is so good that on a four day visit I only... More

We spent just one night here in Antsirabe and would have loved to spend more time here. From the street, it doesn’t look like much but behind the gates is a lovely property. Our room was in a brick bungalow type structure with plenty of space, a sitting area outside in the gardens and large bathroom. We had dinner and... More

The rooms are set around a small courtyard and is a very picturesque setting. The room was clean and the bathroom more than adequate. The food was good both at dinner and breakfast. The only negative I found was the unhelpful female reception staff, but apart from that small detail it was a great stay.

This was a welcome place to stay after a night in the rain forest. Rooms are large, and clean. They have the feel of great history with lots of wood accents. Restaurant on site, which is on the upper end scale, but nice feel with fireplace. Overall, nice hotel with many resources for travelers.

We stopped for one night here. The hotel is set in pretty and quiet gardens, very peaceful. We had a large suite which was nicely decorated with a spacious bathroom, everything worked well. Even a kettle and cups which was thoughtful. There was a furnished patio outside the room. We had a very good dinner, with nice wine. The public areas are very... More

This hotel was just lovely! The rooms are comfortable and finely decorated. The cuisine is delicious and very delicate. There is a fireplace next to the restaurant where you could have a fresh beer before your meal. The little boutique is very nice and sells beautiful objects from the region. And the service is flawless.
