We had 3 days here and loved it. Had previously spent 3 days at Shumbalala in Kruger which was very different. Moremi was more relaxed, more game but sometimes harder to get to because of the thick tree cover. Staff were all local Botswana people who brought a real relaxed, smiling feel to the place. Accommodation (tents) was great and... More

Flying in by light aircraft, we had a great time from start to finish. Frank was our guide and really outstanding. I took thousands of photographs of everything that moved. Leopard, Lion, Python, Tortoises what a great place. We were very sad to leave. The staff were all very professional and good fun, singing us to dinner every evening. We... More

Arriving from Savute Safari Lodge we are now into the swing of thing, another well organised light aircraft flight we arrived at our first tented camp ( a worry for my wife) She shouldn't have worried this is nothing like the camping of old, luxury camp with separate bedroom and on-suit facilities The Game drives around the camp were outstanding... Camp Moremi was our last stop on our ten night stay in Botswana and it truly was the best place to finish what was a truly exceptional holiday! As our small plane came in over the high tree line into the dusty runway it initially looked like we were landing into an eastern war strip as there were planes coming... More

Had so much fun here! Got a little bit of everything - boat tours, game drives, camping experience, and delicious food. The rooms/tents are really cool and super comfy! Knowing we would be staying in "tents", I figured the bathrooms would be a little out of my comfort zone but they were probably nicer than any of the other places... More

Camp Moremi was my favorite of the 5 camps we visited during our 10-day long safari in Botswana. This was all because of the the staff, who were particularly wonderful. The set up and timing of events is the same as the other Desert and Delta lodges, but something about Moremi was special and magical. The tent was great -... More

After several trips to Africa and many camps I would rate Moremi as my favourite so far. The clear differentiating factor are their amazing staff. our guide. Frank who was excellent but most especially the camp staff - Setch, John, Ollie, Robert stand out but all were great. You feel very valued and at home here. Staff join you for... More

What a wonderful place. This is all what you can expect from the Okavango and in fact from Africa. Wonderful game drives. Very knowledge people. Always ready to help and service you. Great food. And the rooms were great. Luxury tents over a permanent teak platform with all the comfort and service you may need. Luxury but at very reasonable... More

We had 3 nights at this lodge. It was the second of three Game Lodges in Botswana that we visited (see Deception Valley Lodge and Choba Game Lodge). This lodge was full all three nights we were here (16 tents = about 24 guests per night). The food was great – Everything was buffet style with the exception that the... More

If you want an experience in the bush but don't want too rustic (my kids call it glamping), this is the place. We visited the same time as Brian A (see other review) and there were only 11 guests. It was like our own private camp. The accommodations were decadent for a tent - beautiful sunset viewing while showering, beds... More
