Overall the hotel is was livable. Don't get me wrong, by Venezuelan standards it might be very nice, but I doubt that. I have been there a few times now and it was not great. The lobby is not bad. Hotel Morichal Largo is of course a FIVE STAR HOTEL, Its just that HR department should provide training system to new staffs and also be selective when hiring new staffs.
