We went to Canaima for 3 days and was the best vacation ever! The hotel is beautiful, organize and clean, the service and food was excellent! The only complain I can present is that the tours are a little disorganized but our guide was incredible and really fun, we recommend him like the best one, He was dressed in the... More

I stayed here as part of the 3 day tour to Angel Falls and I am extremely glad my tour agent booked this hotel for me. It is ideally situated next to the lake, and only a few minutes' walk from the airport. The hotel room (I stayed in room 13) was well equipped with comfortable beds (with mosquito nets),... More

Staying at the Waku Lodge was an experience unto itself. The room was very comfortable, the hammock outside was used whenever we were in the room. The view of the Canaima Lake and the waterfalls was amazing. Nicolas, our driver & guide was fantastic and very helpful. Joshua, our waiter was gracious and wanted to make sure he spoke English... We stayed at the Waku Lodge for 3 nights in September. Had a wonderful time, everyone was helpful and friendly, lodge was very nice. Waterfalls nearby were wonderful to see and hear, grounds of the lodge had birds and greenery everywhere. The shaman was friendly, informative, and funny. He kept our group in stitches, our 11 year old grand-daughter did... More

I am rating this hotel excellent because of its location. From the grounds of the lodge, you see several tall waterfalls across a lake. A unique view. Besides the view, you get a very clean air conditioned room, passable food, and an excellent staff. When I look at the wild conditions around the hotel, I am amazed at how they... More
