My first stay at this hotel. I asked to change the room because it was hot. They ac was not working. The engeniering satff came first and say the fixed. However, they didn't. Breakfast is free with you stay. However, when I when down to te restaurant they were extremely busy which is ok. But, they looked that they were... More

One of the best Options in Caracas, but Service is each time worse. Unmotivated staff specially at reception and the coffee shop. Cleaning staff however most friendly and polite. Rooms very big, Minibar is not filled up anymore since a new director has taken over this place.

Consider Caracas city - Hotels options, Embassy is a good Hotel. They have good rooms, good food, Business center and Business rooms but the service is not so good and internet connection is always a challenge. The price is in the average to the same category of hotels.

Good Hotel in a good location in Caracas. Staff is friendly and helpful, accommodations are good. The breakfast has a pretty good variety. It is a little pricey, but worth it to have a nice hotel in this city. I have stayed here several times and would highly recommend it.

This hotel used to be good. It appears the crisis in Venezuela hit them hard. They can't even give you a bottle of water to take to your room. Mini-bar is a thing of the past. The rates are very high; however, if you can change USD for Bolivares in the parallel market, the rates are not important. However, if... More

Our rooms were clean & large. We stayed here before & after a trip in to Angel Falls and had a suite on our second night. Food was good (had dinner & breakfast twice). Selection for breakfast buffet varies (you will find that this happens all over Venezuela). Service was very slow the second night for dinner but had been... More

I will list the issues experienced at this hotel to prevent fellow travellers from booking this nightmare of a Hotel. -Inexistent customer service culture -Overcharging previously agreed rates (100%) -Deteriorated infrastructure. No room change offered after several reports of a non working shower faucet -Hotel manager refusing to attend inquiries in person only via email as he has always "busy"... More

Breakfast was wonderful. We stayed on the 17th floor, some traffic noise. Need handrails to get into whirlpool. Staff was friendly, but not very courteous. Business suite very quiet and spacious, need to provide instructions on how to use computer( keyboard very different than in states).

I would not recommend this hotel. The staff is highly unprofessional and service culture is non-existent. If you would like an overpriced bed with shady service this is your place. I have recommended my company's travel department to not do business with this hotel. Really bad experience.

Nice building but in some areas deteriorated. Very noise area, cars, motorbikes, etc. running all night. Very dirty external windows. Bar without any liquors. Snack of very low quality. Bar area very small.
