The hotel is big and clean and the staff are very friendly. the rooms are spacious and good. I've stayed in both the suites and rooms and both are very good. Great bathrooms and the beds and pillows are lovely. Room service is good and efficient. The gym is good and the pool fine, but lacks a big of atmosphere. more

Best hotel in CCS, no doubt!!!! Sure, it's expensive - but I would say it's worth the money. The location could be better, but since you only a 5 min drive from the bigger shopping places, I still think it's great. The pool on there roaf top, is a must see (and use!). I have stayed at many JW's, usually they are very good properties. The fisrt night I lay down on the bed it felt old, too soft - thin mattress. I requested a change of mattress and instaed they put two doors (yes two doors) between the mattress and the box spring to make it more firm but did not work.... more
