I've tried Embassy Suites, Eurobuilding, Gran Melia, and now Pestana in Caracas, and Pestana is the hands down winner. I come to Caracas every few months for work and this is where I will stay from now on. This hotel is modern, new, clean, good service, great food and decent location. Spent just 3 days but had a good time at this hotel. Needed more time to stay in the pool, but didn´t check if it´s really cold as said. Close to a supermarket, to a subway station and five minutes away from some parks and turistical places. more

Thie Pestana is the new shiny and 'in' hotel in Caracas; this doesn't make everything great - especially where service is concerned.
