I attended a business meeting on the island - the Hilton has acceptable service compared to my other experience in Caracas but still nothing to get exited about. The hotel has seen better days, somehow in the run down level not the kind of service you would expect of a Hilton property. Room curtains with holes needs to be replaced, bathrooms in the new tower with rust in the towells rack. Definetely there is room for improvement but overall a good experience.
