It's so sad to see how they new management of the hotel is ruining it down. Is NOT a 5 starts hotel anymore. The common areas are okey but you can notice the lack of maintenance everywhere. The bedrooms are in a poor shape. The towels are all old and stained. The wifi doesn't work, just in the lobby. The... More

GOOD: Lobby/pool/common areas are just fantastic. Free breakfast, view to the ocean, staff is courteous and always with a smile. Price is unbeatable. NOT SO GOOD: Rooms are not as up-to-date, but good enough. wifi sucks.

Stay here one day, hotel is clean, rooms are big, good food, bread fast very good. If you going on business it can be difficult because no internet in the rooms. I can see myself going back to this hotel.

A once proud member of the Hilton family is now a rundown, confiscated government property. Needless to say that there we are talking about two opposite things here. Hospitality professionals have been replaced by bureaucrats, bored, lethargic, careless public government servants. No smiles, no vibes. Just slow walking dragging their feet around. And there are so many that one cannot... More

Well maintained lobby and pool...but that's about it. High levels of humidity in the rooms. Out of 3 elevetors only 1 was functioning, some times it would go back down before it reaches your floor, so you had to wait till it reached the lobby and then press the buttons again. Friendly staff. Rooms are not handed before 3:00 p.m.... More

I have stayed there during the business trip. This was the wettest hotel I have ever seen. The air conditioner did not switched off at all, the temperature was around 18C, the bedlinen was absolutely wet, with strange yellow stains... At around midnight the door to my room opened and the family entered with the statement that they should have... More

The rooms were nice but full of mold or mildew. Elevators took forever, breakfast not very good. The pools were great and clean. Close to the beach, but it was very small and not fun to swim in. I think one of the employees stole money out of our safe, very upsetting.
