Stay here one day, hotel is clean, rooms are big, good food, bread fast very good. If you going on business it can be difficult because no internet in the rooms. I can see myself going back to this hotel.

A once proud member of the Hilton family is now a rundown, confiscated government property. Needless to say that there we are talking about two opposite things here. Hospitality professionals have been replaced by bureaucrats, bored, lethargic, careless public government servants. No smiles, no vibes. Just slow walking dragging their feet around. And there are so many that one cannot... More

Well maintained lobby and pool...but that's about it. High levels of humidity in the rooms. Out of 3 elevetors only 1 was functioning, some times it would go back down before it reaches your floor, so you had to wait till it reached the lobby and then press the buttons again. Friendly staff. Rooms are not handed before 3:00 p.m.... More

This a very good hotel considering 4 stars not 5. The attention is excellent, altough the wifi connection is terrible considering the big hotel it is. Breakfast is good but you they do not offer arepas !!! ( typical venezuelan food) if you arent venezuelan maybe then you will find the breakfast delicious . The rooms have poor light but... More

I have stayed there during the business trip. This was the wettest hotel I have ever seen. The air conditioner did not switched off at all, the temperature was around 18C, the bedlinen was absolutely wet, with strange yellow stains... At around midnight the door to my room opened and the family entered with the statement that they should have... More

The rooms were nice but full of mold or mildew. Elevators took forever, breakfast not very good. The pools were great and clean. Close to the beach, but it was very small and not fun to swim in. I think one of the employees stole money out of our safe, very upsetting.

I stayed in a suite at this property for a week in late February/early March: The lobby of the hotel is fantastic - very clean and expansive with lots of marble and nice decor. However, the rest of the facility is in various stages of disrepair. The carpet in the hallways is worn and even has holes in numerous places,... More

I was last month in a business trip to Margarita Island and stayed at the Venetur Hotel which was in the past the Hilton Margarita , but now under state control. There are dozens of employees around but sometimes you start thinking that you are the invisible man as it looks like nobody notices you. Due to the outside insecurity... More

Nice hotel in a less touristy island. Very pretty beach water . Food was good and did not seem expensive. We liked to get out and walk around but were told not to do so because of crime. We chose to rent a car to travel the island.

I had visited this hotel when it was a Hilton, it was considered one of the best, I honestly don't know what the hell happened, it is now called Venetur and it simply sucks. Please stay somewhere else, the room a/c stopped working in the middle of night and they didn't fix it until the very next day at 7pm,... More
