A Big thank you (Vinaka laka levu) to all the staff at Lalati who made our trip so amazing! From the moment we arrived, the management and local island staff were all keen to welcome us and introduce themselves, they put us to shame with how they remember your name fist time round. If only my memory was as good.... More

If you're looking to unwind and relax and be spoiled by Nature, served fresh, delicious meals, and be pampered by a wonderful group of people,  then consider Lalati Spa and Resort on the Island of Beqa, a 30 minute boat ride from the mainland of Fiji.  It's tranquility is an integral part of its beauty with activities ranging from snorkeling,... The Lalati resort was exactly what we were looking for. Peace. Quiet. Relaxation. The food was excellent and always with a smile. While we were there we snorkled which the reefs are right there in the lagoon. We did a village visit and also hiked to the nearby waterfall. A note, it was summer time so I recommend bringing plenty... More

My husband and I spent a week over Christmas at Lalati Resort in December 2011. I can give the resort high marks for a very well managed operation with friendly staff and wonderful accommodations. And I haven’t even mentioned the diving yet. When we arrived we were greeted by the staff singing a Fijian welcome song and invited to have... More

We went to Lalati in Nov, 2011 to celebrate my 50th birthday. I have never been treated so well, ever, by staff. I had to fight tears as we left, they truly do feel like family. If you need something they will do whatever they can to make it happen, but it went beyond the service level. So many separate... More

The positives that I have to say about Lalati Resort are discoloured by the fact that it took 3 days for the management to get a hot shower into our room. I had spoken to 2 different members of the management team and still not a hot shower to be had, I finally spoke to Sarah about the hot shower... More

Be prepared for one of the most relaxing vacations of your life!! Very Large Bures (villas) that are beautiful. Large private deck just 75 feet from ocean. Great scuba diving operation, which is almost like a private dive valet. On site management very conciencious and want everything to be just right for guests. Great massages in Spa. Good food with... Our first trip to Fiji and we were all very excited to arrive at Lalati! I did a lot of research before booking our stay here, reading through hotel reviews (both good and bad on tripadvisor), scuba diving location reviews etc., I did this research because that's what any sane person does before committing to a hotel package anywhere in... We laughed all week about the bad reviews some people had previously posted and wondered what kind of stupid things we could make up to top them. Well, we couldn't. The Lalati Resort people are wonderful, caring, and want to make your visit the best possible. Yes, the resort is located on a remote island and guess what? It takes... More

VINAKA VAKA LEVU for your review. We couldn't have said it better ourselves! We agree that part of Lalati's charm is that very remote and natural quality that some travelers find disconcerting. Although we are only a short 30 minute boat ride from the main island, we do seem like a whole world away. So glad you got to experience,... More
