I don't have nothing good to say. Staff is very unfriendly. They promise everything, but they don't keep they promises. They should come to pick up from airport, but they didn't. We did not even get breakfast one morning. And we did not get any answer why. Room was very hot, they didn't clean it during our whole period there.... More

I booked Ana Rapu Residencial around 8 months ago as part of the trip my husband and I planned for our honeymoon. By email everything seemed great, we booked a sea view cottage and got a cheaper price as goodwill for our honeymoon. However, when we arrived, we were the only passengers on the plane who didn't get welcomed with... More

Normally I’m skeptical about totally negative reviews. In my opinion every place has pros and cons, but I can’t say any positive thing about Ana Rapu. We booked 2 rooms for 3 nights there. The owner promised to meet us at the airport. Upon arrival we saw a lot of people with signs. They were waiting for other travelers but... More

We stayed here for five nights and found it quite nice and a good value for expensive Easter Island. They picked us up at the airport and gave us a spacious, sunny, clean room with a patio overlooking the sea and Hanga Roa. The bed was very comfortable and, with the windows open, we could hear the sea all night,... More

We stayed here 5 nights during our stay on Easter Island. The guesthouse is managed by the daughter of Ana Rapu - sadly very run down and dirty. Although adviced different the previous day she didn`t pick us up from the airport. Very convienient if you don`t have Pesos, there isn`t a money change at the airport, you don`t know... More

The guest house was OK, location was nice right next to the water, and the rooms were decently clean. But the owner was never around, so questions that we had couldn't be answered. And although she advertised pickup and drop off for the airport; the taxi ride to the airport was on our dime. There was no back window in... More

From the welcome with flower garlands at the airport to the friendly goodbye, we loved our stay at Ana Rapu. It is set in relaxing gardens, with lots of outdoor space and regular BBQs. There is a large common indoor area, a staff kitchen and a separate guest kitchen. I found the rooms to be clean and tidy. Guests cleaned... More

We stayed there for one week in jan/2010. They don't clean your room and if you want to, they give you just a brush to clean it. The room had only three beds and chest of drawers. There wasn't even a hook to put your towel. The breakfast is the same everyday (pancakes and a "hard" bread with coffee and... More
