I stayed at this hotel on the magic Easter Island over the Christmas 2014 holidays. The hotel consists of a main body as well as bungalows where I was. Although everything is very basic, the bungalows are well kept and clean and the staff are friendly. As I arrived on Christmas eve with a flight from Santiago I decided to... More

My wife and I spent four nights at the hotel. The room was spacious and air conditioning worked well. There was a terrace with two chairs and a view towards the sea. The staff were friendly and helpful - they called a car hire firm to collect us at short notice. Breakfast was a buffet with plenty of variety, both... More

The room was not opulent, but it was fine. The last thing you should be doing on Easter Island is spending time in your room. Breakfast was, again, just fine, nothing special. Wifi is only available in the lobby but even then it's fairly slow. Staff was helpful with arranging tours & for a quick car rental. The view was... More

We had a little cottage to ourselves. Surrounded by trees and flours. Wooden paneling throughout. Heater on until midnight. Excellent breakfast; fish, at dinner, overcooked. Sewage system needs modernization. Door of dresser does not close. Good location; close to ocean, restaurants and town.

We stayed in a bungalow with king bed, a patio, safe - which we really like to have - and good air-con. So what if the tv doesn't have an English channel - you're there to see Rapa Nui! Short walk to the center. Wifi in the lobby, decent buffet breakfast looking out to sea. Staff was helpful, and appreciated... More

It looks like a basic hotel from the outside, although some attempts had been made with the garden and the pool did look inviting. It has a good location near the ocean and a short walk to shops. A wide breakfast spread although no tea facilities obvious after 10am. The room contained a queen bed with colourful spread, a small... More

An easy walk to town...ice rooms with poor lighting but, depending on location, an ocean view is available...ask for one of the bungalos out of the main building on the way to the restraunt...a nice buffet breakfast; however, as the breakfast runs from 8-10 am, no coffee available and not as much food available at 9:30 am...tours are a must... My friend & I were expecting to stay elsewhere in Hanga Roa but we were delighted with this hotel. Although near the airport (no airline noise to speak of) and a 15-20 min walk from the main street, the managers and staff were so welcoming and helpful - they were lovely - which made up for the slight inconvenience. They... More

I had the chance to visit Easter Island for a few days, Hotel was nice and quiet, since there were not many guests. accomodations were fair and service very warm and kind. Rooms were large enough but the beds were extremaly small. I am not a giant (average size) but I coud imagine somebody a little taller than me. And... More

The location of this hotel can't be best. It is very close to town and the many restaurants. It is also within easy walking distance of several of the Moai. I wonder if the hotel staff read or care about the reviews on here. I had seen several reviews that mentioned rooms being left unlocked by cleaning staff. Sure enough,... More
