We stayed in a bungalow with king bed, a patio, safe - which we really like to have - and good air-con. So what if the tv doesn't have an English channel - you're there to see Rapa Nui! Short walk to the center. Wifi in the lobby, decent buffet breakfast looking out to sea. Staff was helpful, and appreciated... More

It looks like a basic hotel from the outside, although some attempts had been made with the garden and the pool did look inviting. It has a good location near the ocean and a short walk to shops. A wide breakfast spread although no tea facilities obvious after 10am. The room contained a queen bed with colourful spread, a small... More

An easy walk to town...ice rooms with poor lighting but, depending on location, an ocean view is available...ask for one of the bungalos out of the main building on the way to the restraunt...a nice buffet breakfast; however, as the breakfast runs from 8-10 am, no coffee available and not as much food available at 9:30 am...tours are a must... My friend & I were expecting to stay elsewhere in Hanga Roa but we were delighted with this hotel. Although near the airport (no airline noise to speak of) and a 15-20 min walk from the main street, the managers and staff were so welcoming and helpful - they were lovely - which made up for the slight inconvenience. They... More

I had the chance to visit Easter Island for a few days, Hotel was nice and quiet, since there were not many guests. accomodations were fair and service very warm and kind. Rooms were large enough but the beds were extremaly small. I am not a giant (average size) but I coud imagine somebody a little taller than me. And... More

The location of this hotel can't be best. It is very close to town and the many restaurants. It is also within easy walking distance of several of the Moai. I wonder if the hotel staff read or care about the reviews on here. I had seen several reviews that mentioned rooms being left unlocked by cleaning staff. Sure enough,... More

Given that you're in the middle of the pacific ocean and pretty much EVERYTHING needs to brought in by cargo boat and plane, there's not too much much to complain about. The room is a little tired, there are only a few tv stations (why are you watching tv?), breakfast was cheese, meat, bread and a lot of dessert. The... More

Our Marathon Tours group stayed at this hotel during Rapa Nui marathon week. The hotel is located by the beach and a short walk from the town centre. Accommodation was comfortable but nothing special. Rooms lacked refreshment facilities and there was no fridge. The breakfast buffet provided adequate options and seating overlooked the ocean. Internet Wifi was so slow it... More

This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Hanga Roa. I stayed in Bungalow 3. It was a large room with a king size bed, desk and small table with chairs. The room opened to a veranda with a partially obstructed view of the water. The A/C and heat worked very well. The bed and bedding were very... More

Very dissatisfied. Bare bones, bed in a room. TV has only three channels 12 inch CRT screen. Good AC, buggy arrived home after full day tour and found my room cleaned when I asked not to have cleaning and found my bathroomwindow open. Bugs came in and could have been robbed. Internet is almost non functioning. Tip airport has good... More
