Our Marathon Tours group stayed at this hotel during Rapa Nui marathon week. The hotel is located by the beach and a short walk from the town centre. Accommodation was comfortable but nothing special. Rooms lacked refreshment facilities and there was no fridge. The breakfast buffet provided adequate options and seating overlooked the ocean. Internet Wifi was so slow it... More

This hotel was very comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Hanga Roa. I stayed in Bungalow 3. It was a large room with a king size bed, desk and small table with chairs. The room opened to a veranda with a partially obstructed view of the water. The A/C and heat worked very well. The bed and bedding were very... More

Very dissatisfied. Bare bones, bed in a room. TV has only three channels 12 inch CRT screen. Good AC, buggy arrived home after full day tour and found my room cleaned when I asked not to have cleaning and found my bathroomwindow open. Bugs came in and could have been robbed. Internet is almost non functioning. Tip airport has good... More

My family stayed here for 2 nights. There was some construction going on. The food was OK. It is strange to have to put your toilet paper in the trash can. Had a hard time getting used to that. The staff was OK. The pool is small, but nice.It is close to the dive shops, restaurants and a little shopping.

My wife and I spent three nights here 28-31 March. We were assigned Room 29, not far from the reception desk with a view of the central garden and pool. The room was spacious with a comfortable king bed, enough closet storage and an average sized bathroom. The shower would benefit from a curved shower rod/curtain. Only complaint was a... More

Above average three star with perfectly balanced location, only 5-7 minute walk to edge of the mini harbor with shopping, restaurants, dive shops and tourist stuff. Most online maps I've seen, such as Hotels.com, have the wrong location: it is on the curved ocean road on the non-ocean side but there is no development no the ocean side so views... More

It may not be as centrally located as other hotels, but one can walk to the center of town easily. The lobby of the hotel is a nice place to congregate. There are rooms in the central building and cabins on the grounds. I had a clean, large room in the main building, overlooking the garden and swimming pool. The... More

On the edge of town overlooking the Pacific. Somewhat disappointed by it although staff were excellent and it was clean. The décor of knotty pine seemed rather dated, the breakfast average as was lunch and dinner. We were in the main block but there were separate cabins as well. It adequately served it's purpose on the island.

We stayed here for 3 nights in January 2014 while exploring the islands. The hotel was very friendly, very keen to ensure we had everything we needed. The rooms were large (We had a bungalow which was well worth the extra few dollars) the bed was huge, and the room was clean and had a safe and TV, although if... More

My wife and I travelled to Easter Island in december because we were going to celebrate our wedding there. When we asked the people at the reception, the communicated with another girl working at the hotel, Constanza, who really helped us with all the preparations for our wedding and even gave us some gifts on behalf of the hotel. It... More
