Bed was comfortable. Room was a little dated but very clean. No tv (not a huge deal) staff were hit and miss, some were friendly and others were quite rude. Wifi is available for 10usd and is only available in a 3 metre radius of the reception. Much more economical to go to the internet cafe up the street. Our... More

We stayed 4 nights at this hotel. When we first arrived we found towels and hibiscus flowers arranged on our bed. A nice touch. They were remodeling some of the rooms.Ours was not remodeled yet and we were ok with that. The room was not luxurious, which I think is typical of the island, but it was clean and met... More

Very friendly and adequate. Room a little musty but clean. So much rain. On and off. Breakfast buffet a bit different. Loved the avocado. Fruit and fresh juices. Great location near town. Beware your luggage on check out for afternoon or redeye flights. Another tour group grabbed my suitcase, took to airport, and checked to Santiago. Thank goodness not China... More

The property is a perfect location--a few blocks from the town dock, restaurants, main street and the statues just north of town. It has beautiful grounds and a very helpful staff. The breakfast is only average. They pick up and drop off at the airport. It would be a huge boon if the co-owner who is Rapa Nui and an... More

We were part of a group of 21. Efficient check in on our late arrival (11pm). Rooms spacious and clean. Lovingly cared for tropical garden setting, the pool a welcome respite after our days of touring in the heat of the day. A great place to chill out and within easy walking distance of the markets, harbour and restaurants. We... More

This hotel is in a great location. Walking distance from the some great restaurants, the church, and markets. The hotel room and the grounds are well kept, beautiful flowers everywhere. ( There was no TV in the room, but I did not mind). Also, the pool is a nice place to relax after a long day of sight seeing. Breakfast... More

This hotel has beautiful gardens and a peacefulness broken only by the sound of roosters and hens with free range of the grounds. The rooms are comfortable; we had a deck with 2 chairs outside overlooking the pool. The bathroom was adequate, but not luxurious. The room had a refrigerator, convenient for bottled water and white wine and cheese. Sleep... More

I'm not sure what differentiates an executive room from any other category but our accommodation did not have a desk, t.v., mini-bar but it did have air-conditioning, a fridge and a deck overlooking the swimming pool. Wi-fi is available at an inflated cost. This hotel cannot be compared with others on the mainland and as we only experienced this one... More

Stayed at this hotel for a few nights in November. Staff very helpful and friendly. On arrival our room did not have a balcony but on request we were moved to a room which did. Most enjoyable to sit out in the evening and enjoy the sunset. Room pretty basic, but clean. Very pleasing to be able to enjoy one,s... More
