The hotel is located by the sea, over a clif from which you can reach a stone pool filled of sea water by the waves. There are treckking paths to the ceremonial village of Orongo and to Hanga Roa downtown. You can easily walk fron the hotel to Hanga Roa. Car rental is available in the hotel. Food is served... Easter Island is one of the most isolated places on the planet - set your expectations accordingly. Beautiful ocean front location - your can watch the sunset from your room! The flip side of it is that the hotel is relatively far from the city center (at least a 30 min walk on partly unpaved and unlit roads). There are... More

We stayed in Rapa Nui 3 nights and we were so pleased that our hotel was away from the town when we would return from the wonders of visiting Moai. The staff was so nice and helpful to us throughout our stay. The highlight was being able to watch the incredible sunset , feel the pleasures of the island's remote... More

As others have said, this hotel is very modest and the rooms very basic. There were some extras, like nice beach towels you could check out, an electrical converter plug that came as a room amenity and a nice staff. Wi-Fi was sporadic and slow, but you are in the middle of the ocean, so it is probably amazing they... More

I stayed here on a business trip, the location is ideal with stunning views. The rooms are basic but hot water is available in the rooms as some may think it isn't and wifi is available in the reception area. The little shop has great souvenirs. The breakfast is different to what I'm used to but a great choice considering... More

The hotel is quiet and an ideal place to get away from it all. Very peaceful and secure. Being on an Island in the middle of the Pacific Ocean, the facilities are quite basic. Tv in room is something from the 80's with an aerial to move about to get a reception... I gave up in the end. Wifi is... More

I adored this place. I love the location, the feel, the staff. To the Iorana critics, I would say, think about where you are!! Who even cares about wifi in a location as stunning as this? The rooms are basic but contain everything you could need, and to be honest, what do you really need?? I loved this place. Take... More

This hotel is in a scenic location along the coast and is a short walk from the downtown area. It is 1960's motel style with attached rooms all in a strip. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the grounds are nicely landscaped and, of course, there is the ocean view from the room's balcony. The dining room is lovely... More

The good: The grounds here are beautifully maintained and monstrously fecund. Lush, massive hibiscus flowers dot jagged green hills all the way down to a dramatic coastline and all manner of succulents thrive along the pathways between buildings. Chickens and roosters wander freely around the premises, monitored by a sweet if poorly mannered German shepherd puppy, these same chickens provide... More

Nicely positioned, quiet and spacious facility, this hotel has a friendly and casual atmosphere. Friendly and helpful staff. Very clean, if dated décor, with basic amenities, but more than adequate to meet our needs. Access to the internet is dependent upon your location on the property (and it can be very, very slow), but then considering where you are, any... More
