This hotel was booked for us by our tour organizer and we loved it! It was warm and cozy, felt like home :-) Loved the wooden interiors and cozy sitting area in the lobby with huge, soft couches and cushions, games, books, etc. The front desk staff was exceptional. They went out of their way to call our tour operator... More

A small hotel but warm and friendly staff. Rooms are small but clean; the location is good: just on the edge of town. Restaurants and trails are easily accessible. Hotel restaurant is very good, reasonably priced; breakfasts are good (tho eggs should be included especially as many visitors are hikers and need their proteins!). WiFi available and a computer if... More

As many others have mentioned, the hotel is situated right across from the bus station, very convenient if arriving late on the bus. The slight downside is that is that it is generally on the other side of town from most of the hiking trailheads (about 1km away). It is very clean and homey and the staff is very friendly... More

Close to the bus station, wonderful rooms (however even the ones said to have a view do not). We asked to change our room (it was too hot & the chocolate treat melted on our bed) and they changed our room willingly. The first night, exhausted from our trek, we ate at the hotel and it was wonderful. the chef... More

The hotel is perfectly located at 50m of the bus station. It is nice and cosy. Meals (breakfast and dinners) are excellent. The staff is friendly and helpful. Rooms are comfortable and prices reasonable. A very good choice for El Chalten, from where you can make memorabe traks to Cerro Torre and Fitz Roy, bringing with you delicious lunch boxes... More

Eight of us stayed here for 3 nights while hiking around Fitz Roy. The rooms were nice sized and very clean. Bathrooms were clean but not overly large. No AC but they did have a fan that we could use in the room on a hot evening. Breakfast was good with yogurts, fruit salad, various cheeses and meats, toast, croissants... More

The bed was like sleeping in the clouds, so soft! And a perfect bath for after a long hiking day. The staff were all super friendly and could really help out with planning your hiking trips. The use of wood in the hosteria makes the place very warm and cosy. Breakfast was perfect.

This hotel was a comfortable and friendly base for multiple day-hikes in the area. We had a corner room which was not big but just right and we slept well. Desk staff were uniformly pleasant and we liked the lounge and restaurant spaces. We were traveling by bus so the location could not have been easier. Restaurant food was good... More

I stayed 2 nights here while hiking in Los Glacieres National Park. The wood interior and decor is charming and feels cosy....the heated bathroom with tub is heavenly after a long hike....great view of Mt Fitz Roy right out my window. Very clean. Went to restaurant one night and had a great salad. The staff are helpful and accommodating. Very... More

we spent three nights here . Location is perfect for bus arrival-directly opposite the bus station. The hotel is smart but severely overheated- our room was difficult to ventilate and keep cool even with the radiators off and both windows open. Good bathroom and our room was a reasonable size. Staff attitude ranged from very welcoming and helpful to downright... More
