We almost stayed at the Super 8 but tried this place instead. ( we planned on staying in a different town that night but plans changed). We went to the information center in a municipal building and the young girl there was very helpful. She made all the calls to check for availability and price. I liked the 'look' of... More

What a gem ! A beautiful Victorian bed and breakfast. So much detail in the furnishing and the house has so much character! Stayed in the Cunard room, while my parents stayed in the Windsor room right across the hall. The rooms had private baths and were air conditioned. Felt very welcomed the moment we checked in, right up to... More

What a beautiful B&B! Great location, very close to Halifax and a few different wineries. This Inn has charm, character and is a great place to get away and visit Winsdor and its surrounding. Lots of different venues to visit and there are some great restaurants to try! Staff are friendly and very welcoming!!!

Came through Windsor on a small cycling tour. I've known about this place for a while, but first time I've been here. A crazy amount of character in the place! Vaulted ceilings with a lot of detail in every room. Rooms have A/C, Cable TV. I got the room with a little ensuite bathroom. Breakfast in the AM tasted great... More

We stayed 2 nights at this fantastic Victorian era mansion. The house itself is incredible, full of antiques and charm but with all the modern amenities. Breakfast is included and is delicious, the staff are unobtrusive but incredibly friendly. Housekeeping was offered for our second day and we had full access to all open parts of the house. Our room... More

Stopped in for an overnight while touring wine country. You can't help but imagine the lives of the original owners. They've maintained much of the historic feel while providing modern amenities. Breakfast was delicious and beautifully presented. This was a great experience for my first B&B and I would highly recommend it to anyone coming through Windsor.

I was I charge of booking an Inn for our 10 year anniversary, and I wanted it to be special. This Inn felt like you are walking into a very unique museum. But that had me worried. We wanted luxury not my great grandma's house. Well, we made our way to the King's Room and when we walked in my... More

The Kings Suite upon initial view was impressive in size and amenities. However, we must have hit a really 'off' day as the room was less than clean. The cups on the shelf were full of dry coffee stains, the floor was sticky had lots of small garbage on it, the furniture looked like juice and cookies had been enjoyed... More

Visiting family for our parents 50th Wedding Anniversary we wanted a place to stay that could allow us access to Halifax and Kingston during our stay. The Clockmakers Inn was the perfect choice. Just off the highway in Windsor lending to easy access in and out, this B&B had everything we needed to help us unwind at the end of... More

We stayed in the Kings Suite Oct 18th 2014 and we felt like Royalty. The accommodation was second to none. The most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. Loved the the feel of the Inn. Rick is a Great Guide. He told us stories of the Inn and introduced us to his sweet little grandsons. As well he showed... More
