If you enjoy a big room, the best linens, a comfortable bed, all the little included items that make your stay exceptional, a great breakfast, and a host who is knowledgable and treats you like there is no tomorrow, Phoenix Hollow is the choice you should make when visiting Windsor, Nova Scotia! Kelly's outstanding hospitality is second to none! Really... More

We've stayed at many B&Bs. This was our first time with our little one. Kelly was a wonderful host, the building was gorgeous, the interior decoration phenomenal (so pretty!), breakfast was lovely, oh, and there was a puppy! No clue how a place this great ever has availability. Also- we strongly recommend Neptune Theater! Wish we'd gotten to stay longer.

My husband and I were really delighted with this beautiful bed and breakfast. The owners have paid meticulous attention to all the little details that make staying in a bed and breakfast special. Nicely decorated, very clean rooms equiped with all you could possibly need. Kelly served us a delicious breakfast in a beautiful dining room decorated with pieces of... More

Kelly was charming, funny, witty, obviously talented, and quite attractive! Her B&B is beautiful and romantic and she has added many amenities that made our stay extremely enjoyable. Simply wish the room had been available for multiple days. Have to plan ahead next time I guess!

Our 4th visit to the Phoenix Hollow was perfect yet again. We return each year to attend the British Motoring Festival in Windsor in July. Kelly always makes us feel special, the Phoenix Room is perfect for us, has everything we could desire. Even long distance telephone calls are included! The breakfasts are superlative, great choices, all yummy. The lovely... More

The Phenix Hollow is memorable both for the relaxing Victorian setting and the gracious hospitality of her hosts. The accommodations were wonderful and Kelly and Jon were warm and friendly. The breakfasts were plentiful and delicious; our son, Alexander appreciated the food as much as the play time with the new puppy. The early evening ice-tea and sherry in the... More

We picked Phoenix Hollow based on the other trip advisor reviews and we were not mislead. Kelly is a wonderful host. Everything you could want was provided. We stayed in the Phoenix room and it was wonderful! Kelly helped us plan our day trips with terrific recommendations for sights and places to eat. The breakfasts were delicious and generous. We... This is the first time we have ever written a review under Trip Advisor but felt everyone should know. Over the Natal Day weekend we planned a motorcycle trip to the Acadian Shore in Nova Scotia with a first night stop in Windsor. I decided to try a B&B and booked a room at Phoenix Hollow (Griffin Room). Even before... More

Everything that previous posts have said is completely true. If we could, we'd move in. The B&B is located in Windsor. This is a great area to base yourself. It's within driving distance to Wolfville (winery's, good white's, red's need more time on the vine) (Grand Pre, The Port Bar) and to Burnt Coat Head where the tides are the... More

There are only 2 rooms, both with ensuite baths. Although it seems far, the local restaurants are about 3 blocks away. Guests have their own parlor on the main floor, with cookies and sherry available in the evening, along with a huge library of books and DVDs. Kelly, the owner, will help you plan your visit to Nova Scotia, whether... More
