A desent, business-like hotel. The only option in Bosra. Well run, straight forward. Large, nice rooms. The problem is the price, both of the hotel, and the food and drinks. One beer costs eight dollars, which is outrageous in Syria. The breakfast is really good. The staff is extremely helpful. The roman theater is a must. More

We stopped at this hotel for just one night and were disappointed with the poor service and poor food in the restaurant. The girl at the check in desk spoke poor English and there was no help with our luggage until we began carrying it in ourselves. The gardens outside were neglected, the swimming pool was dirty and another pool... More

Stayed there for one night around Christmas with my family. Booking online didn't work, so contacted hotel directly on same day. Got a quote for about 260 euros, while many books such as Lonely Planet mentioned 170 dollars. It seems in general that during 2008, Syrian travel industry switched all prices from dollars to euro, without changing the actual number.... More
