The hotel is a little dated but everything is functional. However, if you are an independent traveller who wants to walk to/from town, this may not be the hotel that you would want to choose. This property caters to tour groups, those in Shiraz for plastic surgery and business meetings. Breakfast is basic and decent. On one morning, there were... More

Older hotel located near a park, mountain views. Lifts were very efficient. Sleep quality was pretty poor, uncomfortable bedding, mattress and pillow. Breakfast was really good, didn't use the swimming pool or the fitness centre.

This hotel was a 5-star in the 60s, nowadays it is run down and needs radical renovation. However, I had the impression of being in the best hotel Shiraz had to offer. PROS: - Nice common areas - Huge room, very quiet - Indoor swimming pool CONS: - Rooms and bathrooms need total renovation I noticed tha a major a... More

We stayed in this hotel knowing that it was built more than 20 years ago. Some areas were remodeled and updated, so overall it looks fine. Rooms, common areas and restaurant were clean even though some furniture seemed very old, especially in the coffee shop. It does have some gift shops but as expected prices were above those in Bazar.... More

The Homa Hotel is not bad, I have been in worse places, I was there for business for more than three months in total. The breakfast is always the same. For the roomservice they're not really friendly and can not speak English very well. Sometimes I had some difficulties to order my dinner. But the rooms are clean.

The hotel has an impressive lobby and gift shops are full of great souvenirs, but the rooms were disappointing. We had to change rooms 3 times because the rooms were dirty, smelled like smoke, etc. My friend had been to Iran about 5 years ago and found the place top quality at that time. The breakfast buffet was in a... More

When planning the a trip to Iran I heavily relied on reviews from other travellers. Unfortunately I can't agree with many good reviews this hotel has. First of all the hotel overpriced for what it is. I've stayed in 5 star hotel in Tehran and if the one in Tehran is 5 star this shouldn't be given even 1 star.... More

When you pay for a 5star hotel, you would expect five star service. Its clean, cozzy, quite and well funished. The personnel are polite and well trained, but you would find it money sucking for everything you get. e.g. the internet is not free, you find everything in the refrigerator price labled etc.
