The Homa is a comfortable but not luxurious hotel. Our room was of sufficient size, was clean and had reasonably up to date furnishings. Breakfast was more than adequate and the outdoor buffet in the evening was wholesome with a reasonable choice of food. Do not expect 5* western standards. But if you want a well run, efficient hotel that offers... More

The hotel has a dated look, but then so do many Iranian hotels. I had a spacious room overlooking the outdoor restaurant. I didn't notice the noise of the music (which others have commented on), but I was up late most nights -- the evenings are very pleasant in summer, so better to have a snooze in the afternoon. A... This is another tired and worn hotel in Iran. I travelled all throughout Iran and each hotel had the same food, same kind of service and even the same brands of soaps in the room. Also, the bell man only help you with your bags once you are in the lobby. I guess they don't like the hot weather.

We stayed in Homa hotel for 2 nights. The room was rather dark but very pleasant and comfortable. We had a room facing onto the pool which also had an outdoor restaurant. There was music there both nights which was really loud - the windows did nothing to filter out the sound. The lobby was really bright & spacious and... More

I stayed two nights at Homa and found it to be a very well maintained hotel with nice rooms. The rate I paid was approx $60USD a night and I'd say for the comfort it was definitely worth it. My room was upgraded to a double and it was very clean and modern. Ahmed the manager is such a kind,... More

Exterior of the hotel looks great, as does the lobby, but rooms are in need of upgrading. The first room we were given had AC problem and had to change rooms. Location is ok, although there are no restaurants in the hotel's close vicinity and the menu in hotel restaurant is a bit one dimensional. Front desk service was great.... More

I was very impressed by the standard of the Homa Hotel in Shiraz. Iranian hotel ratings differ greatly from western standards but I found this hotel to be great value for money. Room was big and clean, bathroom was spacious and an excellent assortment of amenities were provided. Dinner was buffet style served outside in the gardens with live music... More

This hotel was built before the revolution and looks like it hasn't been refurbished since. The room and bathroom were clean, but definitely dated and both very dimly lit. The floor is covered with patterned carpeting that makes it nearly impossible to find any small objects you may drop. The bed linens were rough. No extra pillows were available. The... More

I stayed at the Homa Hotel in Shiraz for two nights as part of a group tour. The hotel is definitely not a 5 stars but certainly lower. While it is reasonably clean, it is shabby and oldish. It seems no renovation has recently taken place. Breakfast was not particularly good, with a poor choice of food.

it is classified as a 5 * hotel but the range is quite different from the European 5*. I would say a good 3*. It is an anonymous tall building that even if it has been restored hasn't lost a certain run down atmosphere . Anyway both the room and the bathroom were very clean an it can be a... More
