I stayed one night in this hotel. My room was one-room apartment including a small kitchen overlooking to the pond and courtyard. I would like to share the positive points of this hotel in the following: beautiful and large courtyard; luxurious lobby; polite staff; 3 good restaurant; underground parking; good swimming pool; shopping center; and more importantly the reasonable price... There is no opportunity to stay an international hotel chains in Iran because of embargo, so the hotels are very poor quality as a general. This hotel also have very poor quality, rooms looks very old and depressive. The only good thing in the hotel is spacious courtyard..

Yes it is far from the city center ,but very roomy rooms and an excellent small lake.Something that is very important about this Hotel is that it is not a high building hotel ,actually it is a wide spread Hotel that is located inside of a city.Rooms are clean but only pillows are not good.Good restaurants with reasonable prices.Very nice... It's far from the city center but is very close to mashhad metro station. It is about 1 hour to Holly shrine of Imam Reza but it takes shorter with a combination of metro and taxi. Staffs are very helpful, the hotel is clean and the restaurant is ok. there is also outdoor restaurant beside a small lake, you can... More

From the appearance of its guests I'd think this is the best hotel in Meshed. It is in the North-West part of the city which is a little inconvenient, but its general amenities make up for that. There is a discrepancy between the rooms and the other parts of the hotel if I could judge by our room. Ours was... More

The hotel is still being built! The reception area is being rebuilt and there is a large expanse of unfinished reinforced concrete outside the dining room. Seriously, the complex is not complete. Rooms are in fact suites and there is plenty of room to spread out and relax. Fittings are not of high quality and not well fitted. There was... More

We traveled there by our car. First, the parking was under contraction so we had to park our car under direct sun. We booked luxury room, but it was quite small in 5 star luxury hotel. Second, we found out that the hotel is run by the government, so, we didn't expect much but at least they could have changed... More
