Thanks Lee and Jo for a very enjoyable long weekend; the improvements you're making are great. A good, traditional B&B at a reasonable price and a great base to explore the beautiful Welsh countryside.

My friend and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend this guesthouse. Jo greeted us in the carpark before taking us to our room, showing us where breakfast would be and explaining where we would be able to go for tea as we didn't know the area. She was incredibly friendly and very attentive. The twin room was... More

Excellent stay. I travelled with friends, and we all arrived at different times on motorbikes. Breakfast was great. Nothing was too much trouble for Lee and Jo. Wouldn't hesitate to stay again. Full 100% recommendation. Thanks very much to both of you.

From their warm welcome on our arrival through to the fantastic full English... More

We were cycling through Built Wells, and stopped at the Cedars for the night. What a warm welcome we received! Lee locked up our bikes safely so we need not worry about them, we were recommended places to eat and explore in Builth Wells, and shown to our room. In the morning the breakfast was cooked to order, which meant... More

A work colleague was having a wedding at the showground, so I needed a place to stay nearby. The Cedars was within staggering distance and had good reviews, plus their website mentioned a veggie cooked breakfast which was a big plus for me. On arrival I was met by Jo and shown to my room (a twin) which was nice,... More
