Had a smashing stay in a fabolous house and with the most lovely hosts that is to be found. Followed their advice and made a walk along the coastline and then visited areally old and genuine pub in the heart of Fishguard. Our friend was, without asking, upgraded to a bigger room for free just because that is how it... More

I would highly recommend this B&B and only wish that we could have stayed longer. The house is a beautiful old farmhouse that the owners have lovingly restored and filled with art, set in a pretty garden, and close to Fishguard and to the Pembrokeshire coastal path. Our room was comfortable, spacious, and nicely furnished. But what really makes this... More

My wife and I have been in the hospitality business for around 30 years, ran a hotel in Scotland for several years and for the past 8 years, a farmhouse bed and breakfast in Wales. We have always striven to provide the highest level of quality and service that we would like to receive if we were guests. I confess... More

My husband, daughter and I stayed here on route to Ireland and it was a very welcome break. After a horrendous journey from Kent, where we got stuck in every traffic jam, we were greeted by Gaye with a cup of tea and the most delicious cake. We were shown to our room and left to settle in. We were... More

A fabulous place to stay if you're looking to get away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life - and yet within easy striking distance of the many attractions to be found in North Pembs. Hosts Gaye and Geoff are warm and welcoming and can provide a fund of information about the area. Enjoy locally produced bacon and sausages... More

A B@B that ticks all the boxes for me. A beautiful house set in lovely grounds. A friendly welcome with cake and tea on our arrival. A comfortable and well equipped room. We were walking a section of the coast path and Geoff kindly gave us a lift to the path. We left our car and picked it up a... More

We have just spent three nights staying with Gaye & Geoff at Cyfn-y-Dre. Were made so welcome and our lovely room had everything you could wish for. We opted for dinner each night and all three nights we had delicious meals. Out hosts were also most helpful over places to visit. We hope we can go again some time.

On arrival we had a lovely cup of tea and a piece of cake that Gaye had baked, the cake was delightful and so were our rooms and the peaceful surroundings, the breakfast offered a wonderful selection, it would be one of the best B&B we have stayed in.

Just returned from a great weekend in Fishguard staying at the Cefn y Dre. The hosts, Gaye and Geoff were great, nothing was too much trouble. The house was beautiful, with lovely gardens. Our room (we had the Gallery room) was amazing! One of the best we have ever stayed in and that includes 4 star hotels. The bed was... More

Gaye and Geoff made us very welcome, their hosting skills and excellent breakfasts were second to none. After our long journey we were made very welcome and Gaye offered us tea and cake which was most welcome. The house is full of history and is set in beautiful, large gardens. We stayed two nights in the Gallery room which was... More
