For an 8-night stay, some with a companion but much of that on my own, this B&B was perfect because it's very low-key, simple, friendly, no-fuss, immaculately clean. The location is excellent--a quiet and very scenic spot just steps from the beautiful old harbor of Lower Fishguard. David is a fantastic, generous host, down-to-earth and fun to chat with, but... David was the genial host throughout our stay in his attractively and comfortably furnished B&B which is close to the pretty harbour of Lower Fishguard on the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path. This is a good base for walking this beautiful area of Wales. David's delicious fruit medley prior to having his quality cooked breakfast is a good start to the day!

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few days whilst visiting the local area. David is a very attentive and welcoming host, with the gift of hospitality. The room was stunning, (even if the bed was a bit low for someone with a dodgy knee,) and the breakfasts were superb. Couldn't recommend it highly enough and will probably... More

David is a most welcoming, helpful and conscientious host. The room was immaculate and the breakfast sets you up for the rest of the day. Parking is not on site but there is a good free public car park nearby. An excellent base to explore the fascinating local area. Nick and Judy

We travel to Fishguard regularly, and this is by far the best place to stay. David, the owner, really looked after us. His breakfasts are top notch (healthy fruit, a good range of omelettes as well as the obligatory Full English/Full Welsh, that doesn't come swimming in grease as per usual) and the room we stayed in was airy, clean,... Just to reiterate all the positive reviews really. Stayed for one night after attending a wedding and had a pleasant stay in a clean, comfortable and welcoming place. Had a good night sleep and the breakfast got me through a 20 mile run the following day. Thanks!

Thank you David for four splendid days that we will never forget. You were so kind and so helpful and you showed us the way to the most amazing walks along the coast. Your breakfast was the best that we ever had been presented during our trips to Britain. And every room is so clean, no carpets, it looks so... More

We spent two nights because it was hard to leave the warm hospitality of owner, David who makes a mean breakfast. The establishment is well placed to explore the surrounding area, Our room was decorated in contemporary style with a skylight. Our tea and coffee equipment included some delicious ginger biscuits. In fact all the extras like hand lotion were... More
