Rather strange setup as although rooms are accessed from bar, hotel part appears to be run separately. When booking a room you have to ring after 3-30p. All rooms are off a narrow, steep, winding staircase, their is no lift. Nice bedroom, laminate floor, twin beds in my standard, tall chest of drawers with TV screen on top, bedside unit with... More

The hotel has an excellent location, right in the middle of Cardigan. Arriving in the evening on a Saturday, I was easily able to find a free parking space right outside, although I guess this may not be the case at other times. The room was spotlessly clean and decorated in a modern style. The bed was comfy and the... More

I stayed one night at this hotel, which is in the centre of Cardigan and just round the corner from the Finch Square bus stances. It was very inexpensive, but my room was absolutely fine, comfortable and spotlessly clean. Staff were friendly and informative.

Nice, clean Hotel. Stayed there for two nights in total. Not bad price for £30 a night. Got a side door if main part of hotel is closed, so that your able to come and go as you please, which is useful. good spot for the hotel to be in. Only thing was you could only book in as early... More

I stayed at The Angel Hotel as my usual hotel was fully booked. When working away all I look for is cleanliness, a decent bed and the usual basic facilities. The Angel Hotel has been renovated and the room I was allocated was spotless. The hotel doesn't have its own parking but I easily parked outside as there are public... More

The rooms are modern and clean. Nice quality Room furnishings. Very good value for money. Can't see what's not to like about this place. Only negative is if you get there before 5pm you will have to pay for parking, but that's not there fault. Lovely

We stayed here for two night. The rooms are immaculate. However on the second evening ,the water was tepid and by the morning, completely cold! Not the best experience after walking 15 miles in the rain! The hotel reception desk was constantly unmanned and we were unable to complain.

We stayed for two nights and was taken aback by the level of professionalism and 'nothing is too much' attitude of the attending staff. The rooms are modern and clean, and would not of been out of place in a busily metropolis. It is slap bang in the centre of Cardigan, which is great if you want to access the... More

The lady on reception was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and modern and we stayed on a Thursday - not a nightclub night - so it was very peaceful. It's a pity they don't do breakfasts but there's a good cafe on finch square close by. Would definitely stay here again as its in such a... More

Stayed here for one night. The hotel was easy to find and was pretty much in the centre. The rooms were clean, although we did find an open box of condoms in the bedside table which obviously hasn't been removed from the last people. Staff were friendly when they were around. Good for value of money but wouldn't stay here... More
