We Booked a 7 night stay. Lovely welcome by Sue and Reg on our arrival. The bedroom and en-suite were spacious, well heated and spotlessly clean. The king size bed was very comfortable. There were two excellent lounges for the guests overlooking Loch Scridain and Ben More. Sue's breakfast was to die for, watch out for the "double yolkers!! Plenty... More

Only had four stars but I would give it five. It really was a home from home. Clean comfortable fantastic views from the lounge. A great place to relax especially if the weather is not good. Helpful and knowledgeable. If I was ever back in that area I would have no hesitation in staying again.

This rates with the best B&Bs that we have stayed in over years of travel around Scotland. It was warm on a cold, wet afternoon when we arrived, the welcome was friendly and the overall standard to the accommodation was outstanding, with a huge, immaculate bedroom and en suite and public space with beautiful views over the adjacent loch. Breakfasts... More

Situated in Pennygael overlooking loch and Ben More, with deer, otters birds and beautiful gardens Sue and Reg give a great welcome...glass of white in the sunshine in their garden for us. Rooms are huge with comfortable beds and luxorious egyptian cotton bedding. Breakfast was super, gluten free was catered for, and fresh fruit yoghurt and choice of cooked breakfasts,... More

My wife and I had a fantastic stay and were made to feel very welcome by Sue. We were the first visitors of the season and had the pleasure of enjoying the facilities to ourselves. The rooms are immaculate - and are really well sized. The setting is beautiful with fantastic views of Ben More. If you are looking for... More

One of the best B&Bs I have stayed in. Sue was a perfect hostess, knowing good local places of interest and restaurants / restaurants. She was helpful and accommodating, and chatty without being intrusive. Bed exceptionally comfortable and breakfast nourishing and varied, not to mention the wonderful views!! Would definitely go again if visiting Mull.

A truly outstanding B&B - luxurious, perfectly placed, amazing hospitality, we could go on & on but it still wouldn't do this place justice. A real gem of a B&B and Sue and `reg are the most wonderful hosts you could ask for. There when you want them but not intrusive, mines of information, excellent cook and brilliant builder! Have... We have just returned from a lovely two weeks spent on the Scottish Islands of Islay and Mull. Our last stop was at Craigrowan. We had a wonderful stay here and feel lucky to have found this little gem. Sue and Reg were very welcoming and went out of their way to ensure we were comfortable and well looked after.... More

We thoroughly enjoyed our overnight stay at Craigrowan and the facilities are excellent; lovely big room and comfortable bed. Sue was friendly, helpful and engaging and very kindly made a meal for us and two lovely French ladies who were guests as well because the local Pennyghael Hotel happened to be closed. She makes a mean venison casserole & sticky... More

I highly recommend Craigrowan B&B in Pennyghael for anybody visiting south and central Mull. It is a very high standard of accommodation in a beautiful setting, and Sue and Reg are very welcoming and helpful. We were very well looked after. We - two adults, two children - stayed for two nights in mid-August 2014 and used it as our... More
