Stayed here for one night and was pleasantly surprised at the quality of the room. It was room 1, the twin beds were very comfortable and the room nicely decorated with a wonderful view down Loch Broom. On first view the bathroom seemed nice and it is, but it was let down by small details. some shelves for toiletries would... More

Great stay, staff were polite and accommodating. We had a room with the view of the Loch, which was amazing, The room was clean and comfortable with flat screen TV and usual tea/coffee making facilities. Dinner was excellent and we had this in the bar as the restaurant was full, but this left us ideally placed for the local group that... More

On our arrival we were greeted politely and given the keys to our room and directions to it. My partner had arranged to have a bottle of fizz in the room which had been done. The room was comfortable if a little small however it was in dire need of being updated. Neither my partner nor I slept very well... More

Having driven from Balintore to Ullapool, I was just in the mood for a good local meal, however I think I would have been better going to the chippy. Service was shocking, food was only passable, and I certainly will not return.
