The view from our room at Ardlair B&B was so beautiful I could have sat next to the large window and simply stared at the water and mountains beyond it for the whole of our stay. The landscape is absolutely mesmerizing. The stylishly decorated room was clean and large with plenty of storage space and a very comfortable king size... More

I wish we could have stayed longer in this beautiful place. The views of the loch were fantastic, the room was super clean and stylish, and the host went above and beyond in being helpful and friendly. She even provided a little Macallan Gold for our post-evening refreshment, and home-baked goods. We can't say enough about this place as a... More

Had a two night stay here whilst touring the highlands. Despite bed without the breakfast it did not spoil our stay, Ayesha is just the best host so pleasant and helpful, the views from our bedroom were stunning and the binoculars provided were really useful. Furnishings in room were of a very high standard and bed was really comfortable, Fell... More

Very good and really clean B&B . Amazing location. You can see the boat to Lewis pass by. As the B&B is elevated. Room 1 we stayed in and it was very large. Bathroom is not that large, but sufficient. At the moment there is no breakfast served but the price does reflect that. Really close to Ullapool. Would definitely... More

Much better than being in central Ullapool, short walk up the hill for the best views of Loch Broom, Ullapool, Summer Islands from this great b & b. Ayesha is a completely charming hostess, a friendly welcome including whiskey and lots of hot drinks available. All the rooms are very spacious, well decorated to a high spec and spotless with... Perfect B&B located close to Ullapool city centre. Rooms were beautiful, the view from the window was absolutely breathtaking and the beds comfortable. No breakfast but that was clearly stated on their webpage so it was no surprise. If I ever travel to Ullapool again I would definitely stay in this B&B again.

Right up front I'll say breakfast was not provided at this time at the Ardlair. We knew this when we booked. So make sure and ask about it when you cal. Not sure if she will change this in the high season. The Ardlair is in a spectacular location with amazing views. Everything was clean and landlady (ugh I forgot... More
