Ideally situated between many of the 7 Stanes Mountain Biking routes. With quick and easy access to the A75 to travel to bike routes. Home cooked food was excellent and we were well tended to by Mandy upon arrival and throughout our stay. Bike storage and drying rooms for wet kit available after a good days ride. A little chilly... Thank you for the great review. It was a pleasure having you staying. It is a shame the weather wasn't brilliant - this week we have sunshine and it is warm! The house was a little chilly the morning there was a problem with the time clocks for the heating system but that has now been rectified. I hope you... More

Just spent a couple of days and a night at Airds B&B, along with our young dog for some quality time and training with Mick (not only of the dog, but of us too). Tranquil and peaceful in lovely Scottish countryside They have it set up like a bijoux hotel, certainly not a run-of-the-mill B&B (of which there are far... More

Whfat a wonderful place! Beautiful location, peaceful and so central for exploring the lochs and forests in the area. Homecooked breakfasts absolutely lovely. Will definately be back. Clean rooms, very accomodating to all dietary requirements and any other needs.

I travelled to that part of Scotland in search for my family origins and stayed for a couple of nights. Mandy was great, very helpful with indications, everything worked very well. The breakfast was substantial and filling, excellent to tackle winter weather. I would recommend the place and definitely think about going back.

My friend and I have just returned from 2 nights at this B & B after a weekend shooting. We were made to feel very welcome and all the things you'd like or expect to be good at a B & B were very good. The owners are very flexible and accommodating. I have accidentally borrowed a book which I... More

This is a really good B and B, and I've stayed at a lot! Mandy was really welcoming, a charming hostess; I felt really well taken care of. The room was lovely, warm and comfortable even in the middle of a very cold spell between Christmas and New Year. Breakfast was simple and very tasty, just how I like it.... More

We were made very welcome. There was a lovely view of the loch well away from any traffic noise not that the road was busy anyway. Mandy gave us super breakfasts with plenty of choice including fresh fruit. Room was very comfortable. It would be our first choice for southern Scotland.

I have visited twice and have already booked a third stay. My first visit to Airds was as part of a residential training package for my dog. Mandy made us so welcome that we felt we had come to stay with dear friends. The rooms we have had have been so clean and comfortable and the views from our window... More
