Decided to stay for a couple of nights during kids holidays. The rates for the family room were good. Nice sized room with reasonable bathroom and fabulous views. Pity about the unfitted sheets that seemed determined to wrap themselves around us each night and the "pillows" that appeared to have been steam rollered! We asked for alternatives and were brought... More

The Hotel although needing renovations was very clean. I was lucky to get a ground floor room with French doors opening onto the back of the hotel. The view was stunning. Beautiful little bay and mountains in the back, like something from a story book. The staff was friendly and the food at the restaurant delicious.

Wow is the first word that comes out of your mouth when you see this fantastic hotel. I have stayed in many hotels with business but this is one of the friendliest and nicest that I have stayed in. My partner has been here many times and its the first time that we have been there together. The welcome to... More

I have been staying in this hotel over the years since the early nineties but never again. I get the bit about the refurbishment but in the meantime lumpy beds terrible pillows and stained chairs in the bedroom.. Thirty minutes to get a drink with dinner and had to ask twice to get water for the kids. Staying on a... More

The Isle of Glencoe Hotel I enjoyed staying here. Checking in was quick. Breakfast is buffet style and the food was good. If you want to have dinner at the restaurant, you must make reservation. The view from the coffee house is particularly very beautiful. You can see lake and mountains in front of you, perfect to take picture. I... More

You will find it hard to beat this hotel for location and views anywhere in Scotland and there is no doubt about it...reception staff were welcoming........room was spacious, clean and comfy....and with a little more TLC and a few upgrades to furniture could be 4*........pool and sauna were okay...a bit dated and being asked to pay £1 for an extra... Stayed for just one night as part of a tour group. We were in the newer section which seemed to make a difference. Our room was very nice, clean, no issues at all. Staff was quite helpful. Views are absolutely breathtaking.

We last visited the Isles in May this year and were delighted to see the gradual improvements. We decided to pay another visit and were not disappointed. We were warmly welcomed at reception and all the staff that dealt with us over the weekend were very friendly. The views are worth the money alone, absolutely stunning. Our dinner was delicious,... Having decided to change my hotel at the last minute to be closer to the start of the Glencoe marathon, I booked this despite several bad reviews. This is your typical, much dated 3 star hotel! Set in a fantastic location, with stunning views over the loch..... Despite struggling to get into the room due to a dodgy lock. The... More

We stayed at the end of the Rat Race Scotland Coast to Coast challenge. This hotel has the perfect position. Not only is it so well set up that you can watch later competitors coming in with a beer in your hand but the views are stunning. We sat in our room which overlooked the loch in the morning with...
