We were self catering in the area and called into the hotel to see if they were able to cater for gluten/dairy free diets. From this initial query onwards, we found that all the staff were incredibly keen to help. The receptionist personally went to speak to the chef to check all would be okay, and suggested that we book... More

A terrific setting and an impressive range of facilities on offer. Staff were very friendly and the manager was most welcoming. Room was spacious and comfortable. Great pool although the sauna was luke warm. When the refurbishment of the hotel is complete this should be a 4* facility but as it stands, it is nearer a 3*. The restaurant seemed... More

We stayed here for one night whilst touring the west and north of Scotland. We stayed on a dinner, bed and breakfast basis. Travelling with us was our teenage son and family dog, which the hotel were more than happy to stay in the room with us. The room was very spacious and our son had his own room with... More

Our room had an amazing view. This is a basic hotel with a restaurant and bar. I was told this was the only one in the area. It was safe, the front staff was nice, and the food was good. They moved us along very quickly in the restaurant. It will be necessary to make a reservation so do that... More

A perfectly lovely experience at this hotel on the second day of our Highland Way hike. Both the evening meal and breakfast was very good and the view from the restaurant over the loch superb. Our room was comfortable and clean and the view of the rolling green Highland mountains enchanting. The hotel is situated on the waters edge in... More

We recently stayed at at the Isles of Glencoe at the beginning of August. It is situated in a beautiful setting, our room was a family room overlooking the Loch Leven. I was disappointed in our room, booking a feature family room - from the photos online I thought we would get a wall separating the bunk beds from the... More

The hotel is in a beautiful quiet area on the edge of water surrounded by green low mountains. The room was clean, quiet and ours was facing the water and the view was fantastic. We had a dinner and breakfast at the hotel and both were excellent with varied choices on the menu. All of the employees that we encountered... More

My wife and I went to the Isle to celebrate our wedding anniversary along with her elderly cousin, her husband and our elderly golden retriever. The staff were wonderful and the food superb (as per usual - this is our ninth visit). We would like to pass on our thanks to all the staff who made our visit so enjoyable... More
