Booked this self catering accommodation through LHH Ltd and arrived to find an extremely dirty House. The bathrooms had evidence of the previous tenants, and the sheet on the baby's cot was stained! The freezer in the outhouse was filthy so we did not use it..We had problems with the SKY television and numerous calls to the contact phone number... more

This is a wonderful small hotel at which we have had the pleasure of many stays over the past few years. Every time we are welcomed with warmth and the very best hospitality by John and Morag and have no hesitation in recommending it to our friends, some of whom chose to stay for their honeymoon and came back with... more

Lovely location, overlooking the harbour. Evening meal was very good, steak mouthwatering and the fish dishes looked really good. (Two courses £28.00). Ther only downside we were... more

We stayed at this hotel last July - after a rather long drive, we finally arrived mid afternoon - although there was no one there to greet us initially, the owners were quickly at our service. A bottle of bubbly was brought to the room as I had requested and we booked our dinner time. The food was some of... more

My wife and I booked a stay at Charleston House (Gairloch) having read the glowing reviews found on Tripadvisor but we were left more than a little disappointed. Having travelled from the south of Scotland we arrived late on Friday afternoon. We were greeted at the door by the owners who proceeded to tell us that they no longer had... more

then you must eat at The Creel! But it wasn't just the fantastic food - obviously sourced with great care and then cooked to perfection. John and Morag make you feel very welcome, and it is lovely to share their home with them. The rooms are more than comfortable, and I think a lot of care and attention has gone... more
