It looks so nice from outside and basically it's ok but we were disappointed as the staff has been a bit unconcerned and the food was not too good. The have a whisky list but do not sell the whiskeys in the bar and so on. Maybe the had a bad day overall...but the price is too high for what... more

Disappointing, after reading about it in The Times I was hoping for a better standard. Reception service was slow and unfriendly The bedroom was dated and a bit musty smelling, though it was spacious. It was in a quiet location The evening meal in the restaurant was excellent! more

The rooms were very grubby and the whole feeling was of total neglect. The windows hadnt been cleaned inside or out for , i might suggest years . A bad choice for us and definatly poor value for money. Needs a complete refurbish. more
