Chose this place because proprietor has same surname as my grandparents who came from area, but no relation (but her next door neighbour was!) Isabell is a warm and generous host, the home was comfortable and very neat and tidy. She is a lovely lady who goes out of her way to ensure you are happy

Well looked after during my stay and an excellent breakfast. Older style room but comfortable and easily found. Very scenic location with great views. Very good value for the accommodation and the breakfast.

I stopped overnight and had a great stay. My room was just the job and spotlessly clean. Whilst its not ensuite the facilities are great. I had a very comfortable night in a warm and friendly Guest House. Breakfast was good with a full range of cereals, Toast and a cooked breakfast. Well done Isabel, and thank you.

Isabel's B&B is a lovely place - really feels as comfortable and cosy as your own home and there's potential to see dolphins out the window on a good day. I stayed with friends and we had the triple room (double bed and a single) and it was spacious, warm and pretty with fair trade tea and biscuits. The lounge... More

The Duisary is in a beautiful location with loch views, within a 5 minute walk of the town. We had a great meal at the Na Mara restaurant, then took off to find the lighthouse, 9 miles north. On single track roads, this was a bit daunting. Lots of sheep though! And Highland Cattle! Made it as far as the... More

The B&B is located on the foot of a hill, with a magnificient view across the loch. Isabel is friendly and affable. We had an en-suite room, which was clean and comfortable. Breakfast was probably the only slightly negative point - it really wasn't great, but just edible. But then you don't come to this part of the world for... More

I staying at Duisary for just one night. I was very well treated by the proprietor. My room was warm and comfortable, and the bed had an electric blanket. Although the room did not have an ensuite bathroom, there was a bathroom right next door, which was very clean and had plenty of hot water. The breakfast was good and... More

Fortune worked against us. We arrived early, admittedly (lunchtime), and nobody was around - well, we couldn't really expect that so fair enough, but we considered 4pm might be a good time to aim for. Checked by phone every so often but it wasn't until 5.20 that Isabel appeared having been invited for tea after her walk - we had... More

We really enjoyed our stay (2 nights) here. Isabel is charming and made us most welcome. The only slight downside compared to other B&Bs is that there is no ensuite toilet but this is probably reflected in the price which is very reasonable. There was a nice friendly atmosphere with the other guests. We had a beautiful view from our... More
