Newly refurbished rooms which are clean and spacious. The staff are friendly and hard working to make your stay enjoyable. Ideally situated in village and they serve a lovely breakfast. Nice place to stay . Try the Northern Navigator ale its a great real ale

The lovely barmaid Sam seem to be the only one on duty when we arrived. Had to wait for her to finish pulling pints before we got to our very pleasant room. Newly refurbished to a good standard, very clean with a good view. The bar seemed popular with locals but sadly my first pint was off! Bed was comfortable and... More

Very welcoming and friendly hotel. Room was comfortable and clean. Slept really well despite sharing with a 2 and 5 year old. Dinner was good and tasty, home cooked far better than the Cod and Lobster in the village. Breakfast was excellent too and they were happy to prepare stuff not on the menu for the kids. Staff were really... More

We were a large cycling group that booked all but one room overnight. Pre-ordering our dinner with the Inn was easy. We arrived late and they were very accommodating to delaying our table for twenty! The food was great. Good portions for hungry cyclists. Especially the large homemade steak and ale pie and the fish and chips. Spacious family-friendly bar,... More

This pub is the centre of a lovely fishing village community. Refurbished recently and very nicely too. Big light rooms, most overlooking the sea. Exceptionally clean! Small bar with 5real ales on-impressive. Food looked lovely, we had whitebait and salad. It is a pub and you can hear the bass of the music, take your ear plugs and it's not... More
