Family of 8 occupied 2 cottages for a mini break. Cottages were clean, well furnished and equipped, and very comfortable. Connecting door between the cottages made it easy for us to get together. Highly recommended. More

We have just returned from a weeks holiday in the cottages, there was 6 of us and a dog. We were in 3 of the cottages and they were all warn, clean and wonderfully appointed, and we all loved the local produce that were left as arrival gifts. A huge bonus was the immediate access to walks around the cottages... More

Stayed with our two young daughters. They loved seeing the chickens on the farm and finding some fresh eggs. Rooms were very clean and comfortable with everything provided. We explored the local area and visited a working windmill just a short drive away. More

The welcome gifts were unexpected, thoughtful and appropriate showing local produce; as we were holidaying over the Xmas period the decorated tree was an added bonus. The accomodation was warm, comfortable and spotlessly clean. We stayed in Willow, and one of our party was wheel-chair bound and we found all aspects we required had already been anticipated; many unexpected treats... More

We stayed there for work very recently. It was a very pleasant nights stay and the couple who own the land were very welcoming. All houses have plenty of cutlery, crockery and cooking untensils making it easy for self catering. The location is very beautiful and calming. Some of the houses were installed with wood burning stoves which were very... More

We stayed at Elms farm for a weekend whilst visiting our son, daughter-in-law and newly born Grandaughter who live in Boston. We had originally booked one of the 4* cottages but on arrival Carol upgraded us to 5* Oak foc. which was greatly appreciated. The cottage was spacious, comfortable and very well equipped and as my daughter had brought her... More

I stayed here for two nights whilst visiting my partner in Lincoln. We stayed in Yew Cottage. It was really comfortable and felt very much like a home from home. It was very warm and cosy - almost too warm on the first evening!! The cottage was spotless when we arrived, we had absolutely everything we needed and our host... More

Have stayed several times at Elms Farm Cottages. Cottages lovely, fresh, cosy and clean, maintained to excellent standards. Ideal shared laundry facilities. Disability friendly in the true sense, not just a label to get ratings, genuine acknowledgement from the owner that disabilities come in all shapes and sizes, level access, wheelchair friendly, wet rooms, great car parking, owner genuinely listens... Elms Farm Cottages are high quality good value accomodation which we have used on several occasions. Well located just outside of Boston and a good base for exploring Lincolnshire and beyond. The accomodation is well furnished and equipped with everything that you need. Lovely flat paddock area to the side, ideal for children to run around on. Really liked the... More

Stayed in several of the cottages whilst working in Lincolnshire. Situated adjacent to the owner's working farm, the cottages offer a more luxurious self-catering alternative to the regional hotels. I stayed in four of the cottages over a couple of months and each is decorated and equipped to the same high standards. The cottages have a central courtyard aspect but... More
