At very short notice I booked a business seminar/workshop I was organising at the end of March into The Granary, which is a recently converted listed building, and I couldn't have made a better choice of venue. The Granary had all the facilities needed to run the event well (projection/screen, free car parking etc) with the added bonus of great... More

I cannot recommend Elms Farm Cottages highly enough. Nine of us stayed in The Stables and Elm Cottage in November 2013. The cottages are beautiful, very comfortable and have everything you could possibly need. I'd spent a long time searching for accessible accommodation as my Dad is disabled. Elm Cottage suited his needs perfectly. We had a big gathering in... More

Elm Farm Cottages are fantastic and I would recommend staying here to anyone looking for a holiday in Lincolnshire. We have just spent a week as a family staying in The Stables. The accommodation was very well furnished and easily slept six people and did not feel crowded.. The kitchen was very well equipped and with a Tesco’s superstore 5... More

Stables cottage is stunning- spacious, high spec', high ceilings, beams etc.etc. Family group hired Stables, Oak and Willow cottages. All lovely, well kept, and site grounds are great- lots of room for cricket and kite flying! Laundry room a welcome bonus. We managed Stables with our son who is a power chair user, not everyone would but Carol was excellent... More

We stayed in the spacious two-bed Oak cottage in July 2013 with our two children aged 4 and 2. Our choice of destination was influenced by visiting relatives near Boston and despite an extensive search we found very few decent self catering properties in the area so it's fair to say our expectations were fairly low. Happily, having enjoyed a... More

We were looking for a self-catering cottage in Lincolnshire for a family visit. Hotels are no good, as with a two year old and a four year old we find that when we stay in hotels we end up effectively having to go to bed at 1900, so we have become quite the cottage connoisseurs. We shopped around a fair... More
