I had lunch here with my mum and it was great. The potions were massive! The food was all very fresh, and we couldn't help saying mmmm the whole time we were eating! The prices were reasonable and we will defiantly be returning.

We stayed here for just one night whilst visiting friends in the area so didn't actually spend much time in the hotel. The bedroom was a decent size, clean, comfortable and nicely furnished. We were pleasantly surprised as the room was fairly cheap. Plenty of parking and convenient location just off the main road. Very good value stay and would... More

My husband and I stayed here after a long and tiring day travelling up from Wiltshire and house hunting. We had noticed the hotel on a previous trip so decided to give it a go as we were too tired to travel any further. We stayed in one of the standard rooms and to be honest, what you pay for... More

First impressions are a little iffy, with the hotel being in the same area as a petrol station, but don't worry about this. This hotel is of a very good standard, staff are helpful from the outset, and everywhere is clean and modern. Rooms are quiet despite being close to a main road and the bed was comfortable. Food was... More

We are very sorry your experience wasn't what you expected. We are currently rectifying our Wifi issues which will be resolved very soon. The lack of hot water was down to our boilers failing and was beyond our control. In the 4 years of trading this has never happened. The fault occurred at 6am and an engineer was called straight... Just returned from overnight stay at this hotel and have been totally disappointed. We have read that this hotel has been recently refurbished but find this hard to be believed. The bathroom had a broken toilet roll holder no hook at back of door and the bath was certainly not new with a rusty tap for shower and stained toilet,... More

We thank you for your comments we do understand that on this morning there was no hot water. This was due to a technical fault with our boilers that occurred at 6am that morning. An engineer was called straight away and within a few hours the boilers were up and running. This have never occurred in the 5 years we... More

We recently stayed at this hotel four 2 nights in one of the superior rooms and could not fault the quality and service we recieved. This was obviously a 'chain' hotel in a previous life, but the facelift with super king size bed & tasteful decor & furniture turned the stay from okay to excellent. The cost of this superior... I stay there on a regular basis and the quality of the service and the politeness of the staff is a credit to Connor, who himself always makes you welcome. The quality of the food and rooms are equals to any top hotels in the country.

Boston is not exactly in the centre of cosmopolitan England, however this hotel is fit to compete with any I have stayed at over the last 35 years travelling the UK and Europe. The rooms are large (by todays standards), try a £120.00 a night budget room only in London, these rooms are 4 x the size !! The food... More

Stayed here one night to go to a 50th Birthday in Donnington. Immaculate rooms. Good sized. Amazing value.Great service especially by an Irish guy front of house then served our brilliant breakfast on the sunday with a spring in his step and friendly character.
