We stopped for an overnight stay here on a long road trip. Forrest City is the halfway point. The hotel is a smaller Hampton. The front desk was very welcoming and efficient. This was one of the best Hampton Inn we have ever stayed in. The room was excellent. The cookies in the evening were great. My family stays here 2x per year while traveling. Very nice, very clean. non smoking Nice staff. Breakfast folks real good too. They remodeled bathrooms sicne DEC 2007. However, it was $122.00 and that is pricey for any Hampton, and especially in small town. The new hotel next door being built may affect the supply-demand ratio in a few months more

This was a nice hotel, but nothing spectacular. I thought the price was a bit much considering the room and breakfast was about the same as a Comfort Inn, or Holiday Inn. I am biased as I really like Hampton Inns anyway and am very rarely disappointed by this chain. As usual the room was great and clean and I felt safe here. Of course, the breakfast was great. Internet connection on the ground floor wasn't too crash hot but I'm not complaining. more
