I'm surprised at the negative reviews. I had a very pleasant stay without any issues. Stayed 3 nights while traveling and this was the best place we stayed (others were comparably priced). It was clean, the room was big. In fact, in addition to a king bed, there was a love seat size sofa and an arm chair, along with... More

King bed was great. No shelf in frig. A clock would have been helpful. Breakfast had a sign about no butter, but how do you have waffles without some sort of butter? Cereal was supposed to be raisin bran as the sign said, but was frosted flakes. There were no pastries. Biscuits were hard as rocks.

We needed a place to stay that was pet friendly. It was a place to sleep and have a dog. It had old stale food in a refrigerator that was very noisy all night long, the bed cover was ripped and stained, the water was lukewarm….. It was a roof over our heads is all I can say.

As the title says it was ok, room was fine, night staff was expedient, and efficient, which I was glad of because it was late and I was tired. Room was clean and comfortable but there were some inconvenient maintenance issues, remote lacked it battery cover and the batteries were dead no big deal we are seasoned travelers and simple... Okay, first off, the rooms at this hotel are $50 per night. That pretty much sums up what you'll experience here, with one or two surprising exceptions. This is a very large, older property that is badly in need of renovations, and that shows from the moment you arrive. The room itself was relatively clean, but the carpet was dingy... More

We just needed a bed and shower while on a road trip. Oh...and a place that would accept our dog. The room was somewhat outdated, but basically clean. The beds and pillows were surprisingly comfortable. We didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment on that. This is the first motel I've ever stayed at that had a sign at the... More

We were visiting someone in Forrest City otherwise it would not be a destination spot. The room was clean and the staff friendly. The toilet did need to be fixed. It was not bolted down properly. We did not do the continental breakfast as it was rather small and the staff was in the process of refilling out items. Would... More

This place was fine for the $50 paid. Stayed in room 108. Couple of problems. No plug on the side of the bed with the nightstand for my cpap machine. Had to put in on the couch on the other side of the bed. The light above that nightstand didn't work either. Bed was very firm-maybe too firm but better... More

Stayed July 12th and 13th as I had to go work in Hughes, AR for three days. Checked out Sunday morning. I stayed in room 207, and had no complaints about the room. The air was cold (actually too cold to where I had to turn it down). Staff was friendly, and the room was always clean when I came... More

By the reviews you would think the hotel is bad. We have stayed here 3 times and the rooms has always been clean. I called to make reservations on 7/16/13 and spoke to Stephanie and she was very nice. We got there with a 40' travel trailer and she came outside to help us back it in. Also she moved... More
