I stayed here while doing a training course last month. Apart from the radiator making lots of noise on the first night and not being able to turn it back on after that (so was freezing at night) I enjoyed my stay. Breakfast was plentiful and my room cleaned nicely each day.

The hotel was lovely! Clean, spacious rooms with friendly staff who were happy to help. Parking could have been an issue if the hotel had been busier but we had no problems. We didn't eat there so can't comment on food.

We visited early evening for a bar meal so it was not very busy therefore lacked some atmosphere. The staff were very friendly and our food was not only generous in portion but cooked very well. However my husband said that his beer was not up to scratch in its taste, almost like a stale taste.
