Stayed for 5 nights in March, top quality, nice people, and a great breakfast made by an extraordinary and lovely lady. Will stay again. Highly recommended. There is a nice walk round the back of the house and also nice garden to sit out in.

We booked this charming B&B while attending a wedding at Milton Abbey. We received a warm welcome on arrival with tea and cake. Nothing was too much trouble for our hosts John and Lexi. We were given a key and invited to 'come and go' as we pleased. They even took us back to Milton Abbey on the day of... More

I think all the previous reviews have said everything I could possibly say about this welcoming, beautiful home. John & Lexi are the most hospitable hosts you could ever wish to meet, and they make you feel as if you are part of the family. The view from our twin room was gorgeous and Winn's breakfasts were spot on. She... More

What a wonderful hidden gem - from the front a long brick building, on a narrow street in the heart of Blandford. At the back, extensive gardens with a vista across lush fields. The circular greenhouse was a particularly unusual feature. Inside, the most beautifully decorated home. Both John and Lexi Cook were delightful hosts, nothing seemed too much trouble.... More

We arrived at Bryanston Cottage for our few days break in Dorset for the Great Dorset Steam Fair. Staying here was the best choice ever. Just a short walk around the corner and your into Blandford Forum. Lexi and John are the most lovely welcoming people , we instantly felt at home there and was greeted by Lexi with tea... More

The title says it all really. Even before we'd arrived we received spectacular service. Lexi and John were away at a family event the weekend of our stay and so a phone call from Lexi advising that we had been upgraded to the studio flat was a perfect start to our weekend in Blandford. The cottage itself is right in... More

My brother and I had gone done for the Abbey Reunion and had decided to stay at Bryanston cottage for the couple of days whilst down. From the first phone call I knew we had found the right place. Lexi was kind and accommodating and it turned out to be the best decision we ever made. When we arrived John... More

Driving through the gates of Bryanston Cottage brings you to a really extra special B&B. It is quaint, elegant and yet very homely. It is hard to believe you are right in the middle of the town as the only view from the rooms is of a lovely garden with countryside beyond. It is so restful and relaxing - a... More

My fiancée and I stayed here after attending a family party at The Blandford School. We were welcomed by Wyn and Tom where we enjoyed a cup of tea and piece of homemade cherry cake. We stayed in the studio flat which we found extremely comfortable, warm and welcoming. The 'Out of Africa' theme may not be to everyone's taste... More
