We were made to feel welcome by the staff when we stayed for one night. The room was very clean but small however, the bathroom was a good size. The evening meal was alright but let down by very soggy chips. The bar was full of locals which was nice to see.

..Every time we go in the Manor we are met with a very polite welcome, the place is so friendly and welcoming set in a fantastic village. You sit amongst locals who have a laugh with you about where you come from. The bar staff inform you about the local ales which are brilliant and goes down really well!!!...cheers...

I met a friend for lunch at the Manor Inn being half way from both our homes. The look of the place is quite tired. We received a polite welcome from the only member of front of house staff who appeared to be covering the bar, orders, helping serving, answering the phone and probably some other jobs as well. We... Really good Sunday lunch at a fair price.Plenty of choice loads of properly cooked vegies .My partner has a dairy intolerance we told the waitress who informed the kitchen .She was then presented with her own selection of veg .Full marks would not hesitate to eat here again

Fabulous stay here, busy community inn, vibrant and welcoming, large rooms, clean towels daily with a varied menu and fantastic steaks on steak night, quiz was good entertainment also!. The lively Linda who provides breakfast each morning was a delight who we looked forward to seeing each morning!

Stayed on the Campsite close to the pub. Food is excellent and there is a good choice of local real ales. The locals are welcoming and there's a quiz night a couple of nights per week. We stayed at the Camp Site in June. The Pub also has accommodation and we met a nice German couple staying there.

Once again had another fabulous meal with my family, fast friendly service and quality food. Though just a minor recommendation. ..lighting in the outside marquee would be nice! Overall must visit when ever we're in the area!
