We are just back from our 2nd visit to Coswarth House and it was just as lovely as we remember it, if not more so and I wish we could have stayed another night or two. We were given a warm and friendly welcome by Clinton who offered us a hand with our luggage and quickly poured us a glass... More

We took a pre-Christmas break to Padstow in early December 2014. Nestled a 5 minute walk from the centre is Coswarth, a fine Edwardian property in its own grounds with ample parking to the side. The moment you step through the door you can feel the care and attention to detail in maintaining the property. We were made to feel... More

My girlfriend and I stayed here for three nights 27th to the 30th of October and had a lovely stay. We had the Brunyee room. A lovely room with a great bathroom. We were met by Clinton on arrival and offered a welcome splash of fizz . Clinton was very helpful and had lots of helpful advice about our new... More

Thank you for taking the time to write such a nice review about Coswarth House. It's always nice to obtain great feedback about the staff as well as the breakfast arrangement that we have with Rick Stein's Cafe. Since your stay, the Brunyee Room bathroom has had a major makeover and is even nicer than before. We do hope that... More

Beautiful Georgian house. Our room had amazing views over the Estuary from huge sash windows in the bedroom and bathroom. Really close to the centre of Padstow so we could wander in easily in the day/evening. Beautiful antique furnishings throughout that have been restored. All the luxuries of a hotel, fresh coffee, fridge, on demand films etc. Breakfast included at... More

Couldn't recommend enough. We stayed at a few places whilst we were in Cornwall and this was the best. The room we stayed in was beautiful (the Veranda garden suite) and the location was perfect (5 mins walk from Padstow). You can come and go as you please as each room has it's own entrance and breakfast is served at... More

My boyfriend and I stayed here for two nights in June and we loved it. We were in the Estuary Room, which was very spacious and comfortable - in fact the whole building and garden are beautiful. It's also a great location, five minutes' walk from the centre of Padstow, and although breakfast isn't on site, it's at the Rick... More

Thank you for taking the time to write us a review. We are really pleased that you liked Estuary room as this is our most recently refurbished room and it is always a fine balance between using contemporary themed furniture and the more traditional antique style as adopted in Estuary. We are also glad that you found our breakfast arrangement... More

We had a great stay (Sunday and Monday). Very comfortable room with TV and lounge area - enjoyed the complimentary Amazon Prime subscription for the room. Very peaceful and two minute walk into town and for breakfast. Would recommend for a relaxing few nights away.

An old stone built building close to the town centre, it consist of three rooms and a pleasant sunny garden with some seating and views of the estuary. There is on-site parking, although it’s quite a squeeze to get three cars in. Our room consisted of a large bedroom with a double bed and a couple of small chairs and... More
