We visited Harbour House for the second time in May this year having spent New Year there. The location is perfect as you are right in the centre of Wadebridge with all the local amenities on your doorstep. The apartment is furnished to a high specification with lots of extras. On arrival we were greeted by Rob and a cream... More

I have just returned from spending the new year at The Forge cottage, is was a fantastic holiday and I wouldn't hesitate to book the cottage again. The cottage itself was scrupulously clean and comfortable, with everything provided that you could possibly need (the fluffy white towels alone deserve 6 stars!) It was warm and cosy and ideal for a... More

Highly recommend this for families with dogs that want to walk the local beaches and eat at top restaurants just remember to book well in advance. No.6 Paul Ainsworth was amazing and lobster from Rick steines seafood restaurant was a treat. The blue tomatoe cafe is fantastic and dogs are welcome with water bowls and even a doggy menu!

We spent a lovely relaxing week in Honeysuckle cottage, couldn't have asked for more. The cottage is well equipped and peaceful - especially whilst we were there as only 3 cottages were occupied. I suppose during school holidays it would be a little less so but the layout of the cottages gives everyone a good amount of privacy - each... More

We have just returned from a week long stay in Honeysuckle Cottage and we had the most wonderfully relaxing time. The setting is picture perfect and the delightful cottage was equipped with everything we could possibly have needed. Rob and Gill are both so welcoming as is their little dog Hooch who made firm friends with our dog during the... More

We recently stayed at Rooke Cottages for a week to see the sights of Cornwall. We were warmly welcomed by Rob and shown to our Cottage, which was well fitted out with everything you would need to stay for a week. Rob recommended a couple of local pubs to eat and was kind enough to make a booking for us... More

Harbour House is a wonderful location with access to many of the beautiful villages. Access was easy to Fowey, Charlestown, Eden Project, Megavissey, Padstow and Port Isaac. On arrival we were greeted by lovely homemade scones and a warm welcome from the owner. Harbour House is beautifully decorated coupled with the highest quality appliances and furniture. It is surprisingly very... More

Recently spent a week at Rooke Cottages, we stayed in Jasmine. The cottage was everything you would expect from a 5* rated property. Clean, spacious, really peaceful and exceptionally comfortable bed. The property is a great base for exploring North Cornwall with the distance from east to west coasts only being around 30 miles. We discovered Daymer Bay which is... More

We have recently enjoyed a week relaxing at Rooke Cottages. The location is lovely, in a quiet village, in tranquil surroundings but easily accessible to the rest of Cornwall. The cottage was very cosy and well equipped with all of the facilities/equipment you need and generous supplies of tea, milk, scones, toiletries etc. Cannot fault this as a great place... More

Just back from a really lovely break - cottage was spacious, spotless and very comfortable; owners were very friendly but unobtrusive (cream tea, hot drinks and milk as well as chocolate eggs for the kids were set out for us in the cottage). Location was amazing - beautiful and very peaceful - and we particularly liked that our cottage had... More
