This b&b was top quality, lovely rooms with comfortable beds, delicious breakfast and lovely welcoming hosts. A very quiet location but within walking distance of Wadebridge. Set in pretty gardens. Also we were greeted by the two resident English Springer Spaniels who had impeccable manners!

Nicky runs the best B&B ever. We occupied 2 rooms at St Giles and my friends and myself agreed that it was the best we had stayed in. We stayed for 3 nights and were looked after perfectly. The rooms are immaculate and the breakfast a delight ( I am a fussy git and could not fault it)- even figs... More

Booked for two nights but could only stay for one as our friends were burgled and we all had to return home. However, the place is delightful, Nicky is a very caring host and the breakfast was wonderful! So sorry we had to disappear early but we will be back, probably next spring, so remind Andy to keep practicing the... More

We spent 3 nights in August 2013 during which we were looked after really well. Nicky was very happy to help with answers to questions about local eateries etc etc which was great. Breakfasts here are adequate to last you until your evening meal and the home-made breakfast marmalade -yum yum !! I would have no hesitation in booking again... More

Just returned from a 5 night stay with Nicky at St Giles Cottage. Lovely room and fabulous breakfasts. The homemade marmalade was amazing so much so I think my other half ate the lot and Nicky made more while we were there!! ideally situated short drives to Padstow and Newquay. Was sorry to leave yesterday hope to return one day... More

My family and I had a 4 night break away, and st Giles Cottage did not disappoint. It's situated in a place short drives away from lovely places - Padstow, Newquay, Boscastle, Tintagel, and Port Isaac were places we visited all within half an hours drive. The accommodation was excellent. Comfortable bed, spotless bathroom. Every time we came in from... More

We were made to feel very welcome, we took our 7 month puppy with us & they were very understanding & accommodating when she barked during breakfast, allowing us to put her in the guest sitting room so that she could see us whilst we ate! We had a cozy room; if a little hot, (we took a fan with... More

I have never posted a review for anything online but felt compelled to do so after staying here. My wife and I (and our mischievous Flatcoat 'Rolo') have just returned from a long weekend staying at St Giles Cottage. What a warm and friendly welcome we received, Nicky was such an outstanding host who was so kind and helpful to... More

I booked in here for a couple of nights while visiting Wadebridge on business. It's a great place to stay, I had comfortable bedroom, great breakfasts and friendly hosts. It's a short walk from town (though up a hill, but no problem unless you're a bit frail), and plenty of parking there. Especially great are the views from the breakfast... More
